Butterfly days carers who look after my mum who has dementia are all amazing. When they come & visit my mum they are very friendly & chat with her & ask how her day has been, asking if she has had anything to eat & offering to help prepare her something often helping her find items she can't find, they
are very patient with her. The carers will always keep me updated if there is any problems or concerns,.They also order & collect all her medications which is a great help to me. I am very happy with the way they care for my mum & know she is being very well looked after while they are with her, they all do an amazing job.

I chose Butterfly Days because they provide the same carer whenever possible - this was important to me for continuity of care. I was also able to choose the time of day when the carer arrived and this worked extremely well in the main.
The Registered Manager was empathetic during our assessment and
the agency was run with compassion, professionalism and with consideration for the clients needs
All the carers who looked after my husband were polite proficient, and they treated him with respect, which is very important to me.

Thank you so much, we will pass your comments on to the carers who attended your husband. It is good to know that he is settling into a new routine. We wish you both all the best over the coming weeks and months

Butterfly Days are the best carers I have used. My auntie has had two lots and Butterfly Days are the best all their workers. Bend over backwards and nothing is too much trouble. I always recommend them to people when they are looking for carer's. My auntie is always kept clean and tidy and whenever
I pop in they are always busy working and they never know when I am going to turn up. So that says it all, love them all.

Detailed Breakdown of Review Score

The maximum Review Score for a Home Care Provider is 10, which is made up from the Average Rating of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) and the Number of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) in the last 24 months:

  • a) 5 Points are available for the Average Rating from all Reviews in the last 24 months.

    The Average Rating of 4.722 for Butterfly Days is calculated as follows: ( (13 Excellents x 5) + (5 Goods x 4) ) ÷ 18 Ratings = 4.722

  • b) 5 Points are available for the number of Positive Reviews in the last 24 months. A Positive Review is defined as any Review with an 'Overall Experience' of '4' or '5' (out of a max rating '5').

    The 5 points available are broken down as follows: 3 points for the first Positive Review, 2 points in total for each of the next 9 Positive Reviews (1st = 3, 2nd = 0.5, 3rd = 0.5, 4th = 0.25, 5th = 0.25, 6th = 0.1, 7th = 0.1, 8th = 0.1, 9th = 0.1, 10th = 0.1)

The 5 points relating to the number of Positive Reviews for Butterfly Days is based on 3 Positive Reviews in the last 24 months and is calculated as follows: 3 + 0.5 + 0.5 = 4

  • When a Review is submitted by someone who has previously submitted a Review, only the latest Review will count towards the Review Score.

  • If a Home Care Provider does not have a review in the last 24 months, then it will not have a Review Score.
