My mother has daily home visits from their carers and she is delighted with them - she needs help at home as she has mobility problems, and her carers are lovely people who make her feel happy, relaxed and completely looked after. They provide help with everything, including washing, dressing, housekeeping and food preparation, always going out of their way to help her in whatever way they can. Also, as her son, it is always reassuring that if there were any health concerns they may have for my Mum or changes to her care in the future, I will always be able to have detailed and beneficial discussions with both her carers and the management team. I can highly recommend the Top4care Services company.

This organisation has been an incredible blessing to our family over a challenging period, following a major medical incident to a close family member that directly and adversely affected the concerned client, my step-brother.

The care and support of the staff has seen my step-brother not just well cared for but also making remarkable strides to becoming more independent and self-sufficient, to the point he now cooks probably even better than me!

I have found the staff to be highly competent, but also very 'human' and loving in how they provide care and support. Having met the owner and several members of the team, my wife and I have great confidence that my step-brother is and has been in very good hands over this period.

We couldn't be more grateful for the service provided, the owner, and the great team he has assembled.

I can only highly recommend this organisation and wish them the very best and healthiest of continued growth.

The Top4Care Services were always very helpful and accommodating when I needed to change the days they visited (sometime with quite short notice). for homecare/companion support for an ill relative; I would defiantly recommend

I am so pleased with everything. My grandson is a changed person, so happy with his placement. He feels safe and has lots of help and praise; the staff are marvellous. Friends and family remark on what a wonderful change in him. He has lots of help and advice, and really likes and appreciates the staff. We couldn't be happier. The praise he gets for things has helped him such a lot.

I would definitely recommend this service and we will be back for another stay. Thank you everyone for your support and professionalism.

Top4Care have been providing a genuine home away from home my son. They are taking exceptional care of his physical needs and his general well being. It is always hard knowing that someone else is looking after your child, but I can rest easy with him being at Top4care as is a wonderful environment and is definitely a home away from home.

I am so pleased to see the care that has been given to my Nephew, since becoming a service user with Top4Care from December 2024 to the present day. My Nephew's well being and mental health has improved immensely. He is slowly becoming more confident in himself due to the support and help provided by the Carers. On each visit I have been professionally introduced to members of the care team and updated on my Nephews progress. I am very much impressed with the empathy and compassion that is expressed towards my Nephew. I give 5* for every category of the service that is provided.

The care team at Top4Care have been commendable, particularly one staff member in particular who I've been in liaison with. They have been very proactive, professional and attentive. They continuously assess my brother's needs and address them. After a month of living in their accommodation with support, we had already noticed great improvements in my brother's confidence and independence. My brother is very pleased with his placement and comfortable in their care; all his carers make him feel at ease and support him very diligently. My family and I were quite anxious about my brother moving out and into a placement. However, from the beginning of the process the manager addressed all of our concerns, was reassuring and walked us through the process clearly. The manager regularly checks in with us and gives us updates on my brother's well-being. They are also transparent about the resources that are being utilised. Overall, we're very pleased with the service Top4Care are providing.

My brother stayed for respite for seven days. Given the opportunity, we would get him there again, he enjoyed his stay and was looked after. From day one, the supporting team was on another level both by the way they welcomed us and their customer care. Everything was well organised.

My son had his first respite overnight in your Caterham site last Thursday (28th November). The people who work there were fantastic with him and asked so much information about him which was needed. Felt so safe and comfortable leaving my son there. He had a lovely time and came home very happy.

In short, our son had a wonderful stay in the care home.

The staff communicated very well and answered all questions needed. Would definitely be recommending the service to other professionals. They were flexible with the families' timing and was able to adjust their service to meet the clients' needs.

Top4Care looked after my mum, until we finally accepted that she needed to be in a care home. Up until that point, they were great, attending every day and to her needs, which meant she could stay in her own home for as long as possible. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

I am a registered disabled user. I live alone in a flat and can manage most essential tasks, but only slowly. I use Top4Care Services to do my general cleaning, ironing and bed-making. I find the husband and wife team efficient, easy to deal with, friendly and kind. They are always anxious to please and do whatever one-off extra tasks I request without hesitation. I presently have no need to employ their specialist care services, but it is comforting to know that it would be available if required in the future.

I used this service short term for my mother. Staff were very professional and helpful at all times, made my mum feel at ease. Her dignity was respected at all times. The management was always reachable and nothing was too much trouble for them. I would recommend this service 100% to anyone who is looking for carers. I will be using them again when I go on holiday.
