Introducing Top4care's supported living services located in Croydon (Palace House - 3-bed with two bathrooms and one ensuite) and in Caterham Valley (Buxton House - Croydon Road, 5-bed with 4 ensuite bathrooms). The team are actively taking referrals to both the newly opened 5-bed and 3-bed supported living accommodation.

Top4care Services Ltd has experience in providing support services for people recovering from enduring Mental Health illness and offending behaviour. They also support clients with substance misuse history, behaviour that challenges, mild learning disability, personality disorder, reablement and who may require staff support to administer medication or prepare for medication self-management.

The team is led by a qualified mental health nurse with 20 years of experience in acute forensic psychiatry, adolescent client group (aged 12 to 17yrs), drug and alcohol both in prison settings and inpatient care, general acute psychiatry, older adult and Prison offender care. The multi-disciplinary team consists of a medical doctor, a social worker and a psychiatric nurse. It also has an array of experienced support staff and key workers. The medical doctor is there to provide support to staff, training helps them to formulate person-centred care plans and risk assessments.

Top4care Services Ltd is CQC registered, staffed 24/7 to support adults who have identified rehabilitation needs, are homeless or due to be discharged from secure environment into the community and prepare them for step down to more independent living.

They provide a caring environment thereby promoting personal recovery, reablement and improving Activities of Daily Living skills and community reintegration. They empower people to manage their symptoms, regaining control of their life and learning new ways to live the life that is meaningful and fulfilling to them as an individual.

Top4Care Services provided a companion for my ill mother who had signs presenting as dementia.
The companion provided her company and looked after her on days I had to travel to London for work, they helped keep her motivated and mentally and physically active.
The Top4Care Services were always
very helpful and accommodating when I needed to change the days they visited (sometime with quite short notice). for homecare/companion support for an ill relative; I would defiantly recommend

I am so pleased with everything. My grandson is a changed person, so happy with his placement. He feels safe and has lots of help and praise; the staff are marvellous. Friends and family remark on what a wonderful change in him. He has lots of help and advice, and really likes and appreciates the staff.
We couldn't be happier. The praise he gets for things has helped him such a lot.

My son stayed for one week respite break and he was well taken care off and had a happy stay.
The house was very clean and inviting and had plenty of space which included individual bathrooms in each bedroom which I thought was great! and the staff went out of there way to make my son feel safe and
comfortable and they were very professional.
I would definitely recommend this service and we will be back for another stay. Thank you everyone for your support and professionalism.

I have been exceptionally pleased and fortunate to have had Top4Care being able to to provide supported living for my son, From the initial contact and assessment, Top4Care approached my circumstances with respect and the sensitivity that made me feel comfortable from the start. The care and understanding
that has been provided to my son has been nothing short but exceptional and most importantly extremely caring in trying to meet his complexed needs. The staff at Top4Care are always very friendly, polite and caring. I am always kept up-to-date with my son's progress. My son has come on "leaps and bounds" he is a much happier individual and he is getting physically healthier which offers such reassurance to me.

My cousin, who is non-verbal and has autism, recently stayed at this respite care home while his mum was away on holiday. I can honestly say we were incredibly impressed and deeply grateful for the care he received.
From the very beginning, the staff were warm, friendly, and incredibly reassuring.
No matter how many times I called to check on him, they were always patient and understanding. They never made me feel like a burden, and each call left me feeling more confident in the care he was receiving.
They even sent us photos of him during his stay, which meant the world to us-it was so comforting to see him safe, clean, and content. Although I didn't get a chance to visit in person, the team made it clear that I was welcome to drop in at any time, which speaks volumes about their openness and transparency.
Most importantly, they followed all the instructions we gave them regarding my cousin's needs. It was clear they had taken everything on board.

I am so pleased to see the care that has been given to my Nephew, since becoming a service user with Top4Care from December 2024 to the present day. My Nephew's well being and mental health has improved immensely. He is slowly becoming more confident in himself due to the support and help provided by
the Carers. On each visit I have been professionally introduced to members of the care team and updated on my Nephews progress. I am very much impressed with the empathy and compassion that is expressed towards my Nephew. I give 5* for every category of the service that is provided.

The care team at Top4Care have been commendable, particularly one staff member in particular who I've been in liaison with. They have been very proactive, professional and attentive. They continuously assess my brother's needs and address them. After a month of living in their accommodation with support,
we had already noticed great improvements in my brother's confidence and independence. My brother is very pleased with his placement and comfortable in their care; all his carers make him feel at ease and support him very diligently. My family and I were quite anxious about my brother moving out and into a placement. However, from the beginning of the process the manager addressed all of our concerns, was reassuring and walked us through the process clearly. The manager regularly checks in with us and gives us updates on my brother's well-being. They are also transparent about the resources that are being utilised. Overall, we're very pleased with the service Top4Care are providing.

My brother stayed for respite for seven days. Given the opportunity, we would get him there again, he enjoyed his stay and was looked after. From day one, the supporting team was on another level both by the way they welcomed us and their customer care. Everything was well organised.

My son had his first respite overnight in your Caterham site last Thursday (28th November). The people who work there were fantastic with him and asked so much information about him which was needed. Felt so safe and comfortable leaving my son there. He had a lovely time and came home very happy.

My son stayed for a respite of 4 days. He enjoyed his stay and the care that was provided, was excellent.
My son was given his medication on time. All his meals were provided per our instructions.
Activities were carried out that included outings to parks, shopping center and walks.
In short, our
son had a wonderful stay in the care home.

I am a registered disabled user. I live alone in a flat and can manage most essential tasks, but only slowly. I use Top4Care Services to do my general cleaning, ironing and bed-making. I find the husband and wife team efficient, easy to deal with, friendly and kind. They are always anxious to please
and do whatever one-off extra tasks I request without hesitation. I presently have no need to employ their specialist care services, but it is comforting to know that it would be available if required in the future.

I used this service short term for my mother. Staff were very professional and helpful at all times, made my mum feel at ease. Her dignity was respected at all times.
