From the very first meeting with Thomas and Charlotte we just knew that our Dad would be cared for, that is exactly what happened. Everyone member of the team that came were so lovely and cared for Dad and Mum with so much care, love and professionalism, they all felt like part of the family even in the short time we knew them for. They were respectful in the home and the small personal touches will never be forgotten. Even gave Dad a shave a short while before he passed. If you ever find yourselves in this position do not hesitate to use Angel Approved, they come highly recommended by all of our family and we can never thank them enough for what they did for our Dad and us as a family xx

I have used Angel approved on two separate occasions, For my mum when she came out of hospital and for my dad's end of life care, both were very difficult and sad times but the care they received from all members of staff was amazing. They treated my mum and dad as if they were members of their own family. They never rushed or cut corners. I can't say enough positive things about Angel approved and I would highly recommend them.

I couldn’t have asked for better carers towards the end of her life. They made me feel safe to leave her when I wasn’t around they kept me updated at all times and offered support when I needed a shoulder to cry on. Two carers really did support myself and my family through one of the hardest times of our lives

Angel Approved looked after my father for over 3 months, only ending because he now needs 24-hour Nursing Home care. He had a Carer visit in the morning to assist in getting up, washed and dressed and also give the daily medications. A second visit in the evening got him ready for bed. We cannot fault the service we received from Angel Approved, all the Carers and Management were excellent. Most importantly, my father was very happy with his Carers and the way they helped and treated him. Respect, dignity and compassion were evident from everyone we met from Angel Approved. It's not easy choosing a Care Agency but we consider ourselves lucky with our choice. The fees are reasonable, the service exceptional and the Carers wonderful. Communication with Management was easily accessible and they were very helpful to us. Highly recommended.
