The team provides care and support to adults living in their own homes in and around the Horsham and Crawley areas of West Sussex and Live-in care services anywhere in the South East of England.

Qualis Home Care provides person-centred care to everyone who uses their service, they do this by putting you at the centre of your care planning because they understand that everybody has different needs and preferences.

The carers at Qualis Home Care will always provide care with dignity and respect in a kind and compassionate manner. All carers are employed directly by Qualis Home Care and have enhanced DBS checks and up to date training to ensure that the best possible care is provided.

I was unfortunate in that I was born with a spinal deformity of Scoliosis and incomplete facet bones at L5/S1. I also developed spondylosis. Despite the insertion of titanium rods at L5/S1 I still have very restricted mobility. My wife was my carer for forty years but she died of Pulmonary Fibrosis
after a very short illness.
As I needed assistance about the house a neighbour recommended Qualis Home Care, who have been my carers since March 2024.
They are the most kind and helpful ladies/girls that one could wish for. They are smart, polite, friendly, professional, reliable and efficient. I look forward to their visits and could not manage without them.
I have no hesitation in thoroughly recommending them.

I was referred by the Extra Care Housing Team Horsham WSCC. My Care has improved significantly. My health in recent years has markedly deteriorated due to untreatable Osteoporosis my L4 Lumber left side irretrievable damage surgery is not possible.
Vascular Dementia now becoming more noticeable Qualis
Carers have experience supporting clients with patience as I also have OCD and Bipolar Affective Disorder type II.
Had a Malignant Melanoma removed near my Spine in 2022 and 2023 7 weeks of Linear Beam Radiotherapy for Prostate Cancer stage II. Am on 5 years of PSA Testosterone blood Surveillance.
I feel very safe under Qualis Home Care Ltd. My Bowel has been damaged due to intensive Radiation.
I highly recommend this Care Agency, especially to people with complex medical conditions.

My husband has been with Qualis for over one year. I can't fault any of the staff. They are all so caring. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and they are all totally reliable. They treat him with so much respect and relax him with the confidence they exude. I would recommend Qualis every time

I was referred to Qualis Home Care this year, 2024 by the NHS. The care I am receiving from Qualis has enabled me to start finding my feet again when I returned home from the hospital. Their continued professionalism, kindness and daily visits have been a tremendous help to me in my present situation

Qualis Home Care have now been providing home care services to my mother for almost 12 months.
The staff are all very friendly and courteous and treat my mother with dignity and respect - in very difficult circumstances.
The management team go beyond what might reasonably be expected of them to
ensure that all my mother's requirements - and there are many - are delivered. This includes any liaison with the doctor/ nurse and and coordination of prescriptions and medication in general.
The management team are also able to call on other support services when necessary.
Communication between myself and the management team is excellent with issues being resolved within 24 hours. This being via a messaging group.

Everyone I have met has been extremely polite and accommodating. A great service and a friendly team. Helpful would be an understatement! I have built up a very good working and personal relationship. The staff not only know your name but also your needs. They do anything I ask of them. Even some things
that are outside their job description. They know me on a personal level and always seem concerned about me. I do feel very well looked after and in safe hands. I'd recommend them to anyone, any day.

Qualis Home Care looked after my elderly mother for four years, from the time she had a fall, which made her bed-bound, until recently when she sadly passed away. Mum was 91 years old and also had late-onset Alzheimer's, so her care needs were fairly large. Throughout the whole of this time, as her
needs changed, the lovely ladies (and men!) cared for her with such kindness, sensitivity and dignity that they truly made her last years the best they could be. I will always be thankful to them for all their help and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for care.
