Qualis Home Care (Horsham & Crawley)

I am generally very pleased with the service provided by Qualis and have no complaints at all. All the Qualis staff do what I wish them to do, and their time with me passes very quickly. Thank you, for the services you give to me are much appreciated.

Qualis Home Care provide and excellent service. All the carers who look after me (live-in and break cover) are lovely, friendly and caring. They provide experienced personal care and practical support which allows me to live at home and enjoy my various activities. The management staff at Qualis are also helpful and kind and I feel they look after their employees well.

The care provided has been of a very high standard. Overall we have been very satisfied with both of the individual carers and their supervisory staff. No home care service can be expected to be faultless, and we have had occasions when it has been necessary to ask carers to change a procedure or to do things additionally or in a different way. Similarly, we have had to sometimes ask for our planned schedule to be changed. Such requests have always been met. liaison with my daughters has been excellent.

The care for my husband started around February, and so far I'm very happy with the support they have provided. I've started to get to know the carers by name, and I really appreciate the work they do for my husband.

Qualis have provided an excellent care service for my wife following an extended hospital stay. The carers have, in general arrived at the times expected and have been universally cheerful , kind and caring. The help given in dealing with the GP services and other general support activities is very much appreciated, helping me to navigate the new world in which we now operate. I would definitely recommend Qualis for any care needs you may have.

They staff are always friendly and willing to help. The office staff are also very polite and friendly. Overall I am very impressed with the quality of care that I received.

I was referred to Qualis Home Care this year, 2024 by the NHS. The care I am receiving from Qualis has enabled me to start finding my feet again when I returned home from the hospital. A very good group of carers providing an impressive service, a very well-run company. Carers are all friendly and provide a sympathetic and supportive service to the whole family including our cats. We are all looked after with empathy, dignity and humour.
