For the past couple of years my aunt has been receiving daily care from 'Lean on Me', staff have always been very compassionate and adapted to my aunts changing needs. They also keep me updated with weekly rotas and issues that I need to be aware of. I am very happy with the service that lean on me provide to my aunt. Their service ensures that my aunt can continue to live at home which is so very important to her.

Lean on Me care have assisted my sister for just over two years. Initially to provide assistant in attending appoints and now with 7 day more general support. Daily support covers: supervision/management of medication; general health and welfare; food shopping trips and regular social outings. All visits are to a pre agreed rota, issued weekly. If the carer's visit raises concerns, these are communicated immediately and a course of action agreed. Monthly catch-up calls allow any non-urgent observations to be discussed, and if necessary, the level of support refined or added. LoM approach is always proactive and adaptable. Behind the scenes there is also the constant management support, which has involved talking with and obtaining support from local authorities and agencies. I have always found LoM to be very professional. Demonstrating a true duty of care in their undertaking of this trusted task and showing true empathy with their client.
