I was introduced to Detailed Care by a business friend and it is one of the best referrals I have had. From the initial contact I knew that I was dealing with a professional organisation. The care they took in establishing the needs of my partner during the initial home visit illustrated the thoroughness they took in ensuring that they were able to provide the appropriate care for her.

The care workers who looked after my partner treated her with kindness and respect and ensured that she was well looked after. The policy by the management of only identifying the same two carers to look after her was essential to lessen her anxiety and ensured continuity in the service provided.

My sisters and I have been looking after our 84-year-old father for quite some time. We all work and have grandchildren to consider so this was becoming too much for us to manage. We met with the manager and were impressed that their main concern was the welfare of the client and not monetary. We had the same two care workers due to his confusion so that my father could become familiar with them and so more amenable to their visits. They treated him with respect and followed any instructions we left for them. We could contact the manager at any time and also had the flexibility to change days should we need to if any family events came up. We appreciated the personal care that they offered and are grateful for the time that they could help us out.
