Bluebird has recently taken over a care package for my client and so far are proving to be knowledgeable, proactive, responsive to feedback, and they use their own initiative.
I've had great communication from the Registered Manager and am confident in their ability to manage the package effectively.
They have demonstrated that they want to work with us to develop their input so it is the best it can be for our mutual client. They certainly haven't lost interest in customer care as soon as they secured the work, which can so often be the experience elsewhere.
Any teething problems along the way have been addressed quickly, competently and appropriately, and the staff they have provided have so far proven to be of a high quality. I have found them to be flexible and accommodating of requests, as well as communicating useful suggestions of their own.
I would absolutely refer to Bluebird again.

Couldn't be more satisfied with the service we got from the care people for the 3 weeks we had them. Polite, friendly and most important turned up when they said they would.

The care my mother receives is excellent. The carers are kind and considerate, always punctual, which is a relief to me and my family. We consider ourselves very fortunate to get such a conscientious company working for us.

Bluebird Care are supportive and are client-centred, hence acknowledging and catering to required tasks and requirements. Additionally, staff and management utilise good time management and positive communication, thus there have been no delays in their response to any questions. I would recommend Bluebird
to friends and family.

I had been with BlueBird care for a couple of months now, their service is really great. They go above and beyond, Blue bird staff is really friendly and flexible which is great as I am a student with a timetable that changes all the time. The management team had been very supportive and accommodating
toward my need like when I had appointments or my uni schedule had changed they were able to change my care calls accordingly on a short notice. All the staff are really happy working for BlueBird and they show this through the calls, by their happy personalities and meaningful conversations, friendly and caring and not just because of the paycheque. I had other companies that were not as punctual letting me down. I am pleased to say that BlueBird is not one of those companies.
As a disabled individual, I would definitely recommend BlueBird care, one of the best companies I have ever used.

During a very stressful time for my mother, who needed overnight care, the manager and her team went out of their way to fulfil all my mother's needs. We struggled to find anybody who covered overnight and can't praise them enough for their help and, in particular, my mum loved her foot massages! If
you want to feel confident in the care you will receive, I would definitely recommend Bluebird.
