When I lived in Manchester we would spend time together visiting interesting places, cafes, shopping etc.
After contacting several Care Agencies I was unsuccessful in obtaining help on finding someone to fill in the void of what we used to do together, but when I contacted Bluebird Care all I can say is WOW!
Salma and her Care Team has put a package together which has solved all our problems my friend and I were experiencing.
We now have a Carer who we consider as family. She is able to do the things that my friend and I used to do together. We have lots more things to take about on the phone. I can't thank Bluebird enough.

The Blue Bird Team are amazing, a lovely group of support staff and carers that have looked after my mum. They are very professional, trustworthy and extremely accommodating. Bluebird gives me piece of mind that there is someone coming in during the day to check on my aunt as I have to work. I have never had a problem and the staff have been friendly. I never had any issues with this company and when I had to contact management they have always responded quickly.

Bluebird Care has been very good to work with in developing gradually increasing care and support for mum. It is my honest opinion that the care my father recieves from the Bluebird staff is somewhat exceptional. All staff I have met are extremely friendly and attentive. There is one member of staff who definitley goes out of her way to ensure my dad is more than comfortable and would go as far as saying that she sees it more than a job, its like looking after a family member. Bluebird Care carers are attentive to my mum's needs and very patient too. I also appreciate their flexibility; my mum, who has dementia, was recently moved without warning into a care home for assessment, Bluebird communicated with the care home's manager to arrange access to my mum; having been moved from her own home, my mum is currently unsettled but welcomes the Bluebird carers' visits.

Thank you so much to Bluebird Carers for supporting my brother-in-law when he moved to his new flat. My brother-in-law is blind and hard of hearing, the carers and manager were so good at listening to what we told them about how to support him. The carers seemed well-trained and able to use their skills to support him appropriately. The carers would look for additional things to do if they still had time left in the time allocated. The communication between ourselves and the manager was excellent, they always responded quickly, informed us of carers' concerns, suggested things they could do to support him more. One of the most important things from my point of view is that the managers and staff cared about the client and what they did. My experience and my brother-in-law's is that this is a well-run and excellent care agency. Many, many thank yous.

To say that Bluebird goes above and beyond is an understatement! Mum has since had another stint in hospital and the team has been extremely flexible and accommodating during this period, ensuing that they meet all of Mum's needs, putting in extra visits as and when required and even popping in to see her when they are in the area, just to make sure she's ok and smiling. Her 'girls' are more than carers, they are her friends too and she loves them dearly. What more can you ask for?

I have dealt with many carers/companies over the last eight years or so but I can honestly say, Bluebird Care are head and shoulders above the rest!
