The Blue Bird Team are amazing, a lovely group of support staff and carers that have looked after my mum. They are very professional, trustworthy and extremely accommodating. Without them I don't know how I would have managed, they are there for us when ever we need them, they make my mum feel safe
and secure which means the world to us as a family, I couldn't be happier with their care and support. They are the best.

Bluebird gives me piece of mind that there is someone coming in during the day to check on my aunt as I have to work. I have never had a problem and the staff have been friendly. I never had any issues with this company and when I had to contact management they have always responded quickly.

Bluebird Care has been very good to work with in developing gradually increasing care and support for mum. The team is accessible and responsive and have been flexible about mums support and sensitive to her needs. The care and support workers are well presented, caring, respectful and considerate and

It is my honest opinion that the care my father recieves from the Bluebird staff is somewhat exceptional. All staff I have met are extremely friendly and attentive. There is one member of staff who definitley goes out of her way to ensure my dad is more than comfortable and would go as far as saying
that she sees it more than a job, its like looking after a family member. What a beautiful person.

A caring and supportive professional service. I highly recommend Bluebird Home Care. After experiencing many other companies in the area Bluebird delivers a far better service than all of them. My friend doesn’t stop speaking about the staff, it’s made a very positive difference in his life.

Bluebird Care carers are attentive to my mum's needs and very patient too. I also appreciate their flexibility; my mum, who has dementia, was recently moved without warning into a care home for assessment, Bluebird communicated with the care home's manager to arrange access to my mum; having been moved
from her own home, my mum is currently unsettled but welcomes the Bluebird carers' visits.

Thank you so much to Bluebird Carers for supporting my brother-in-law when he moved to his new flat. My brother-in-law is blind and hard of hearing, the carers and manager were so good at listening to what we told them about how to support him. The carers seemed well-trained and able to use their skills
to support him appropriately. The carers would look for additional things to do if they still had time left in the time allocated. The communication between ourselves and the manager was excellent, they always responded quickly, informed us of carers' concerns, suggested things they could do to support him more. One of the most important things from my point of view is that the managers and staff cared about the client and what they did. My experience and my brother-in-law's is that this is a well-run and excellent care agency. Many, many thank yous.

Not expected to ever need this service. Retired at 80. Super staff, professional, not mechanical and very human. Very aware of food safety, i.e. sell by dates, mould, smell. Thank you.

From initial contact through to today, the care provided has been of the highest quality. Dad is pleased with the standard of work and everyone we have been in contact with has been extremely personable, pleasant and professional.
The staff have been quick to contact me if there have been any problems
and also to discuss possible changes that may benefit Dad.

I found Bluebird Care after my mum's NHS post-hospital package came to an end last October. I was tempted to stay with the company providing her assistance but am so pleased I decided to switch. Within a couple of days of my initial enquiry, two team members came to visit Mum, armed with flowers and
a card to say hello. The care, compassion and interest in Mum and her life that was displayed during that initial meeting was just heart-melting and this has only continued.
To say that Bluebird goes above and beyond is an understatement! Mum has since had another stint in hospital and the team has been extremely flexible and accommodating during this period, ensuing that they meet all of Mum's needs, putting in extra visits as and when required and even popping in to see her when they are in the area, just to make sure she's ok and smiling. Her 'girls' are more than carers, they are her friends too and she loves them dearly. What more can you ask for?

I have dealt with many carers/companies over the last eight years or so but I can honestly say, Bluebird Care are head and shoulders above the rest! They really care for their clients, they go above and beyond to ensure their clients are well cared for, are enabled to enjoy their lives within the restrictions

The carers are excellent with Mum. They encourage Mum to interact with activities such as making up shapes, jigsaws and exercise. They speak with Mum and go down memory lane, which helps Mum's memory. Many thanks.
