I am registered manager, the nominated individual and am also one of the directors of Pride Community Healthare, along with my Partner Lucy. I have over 30 years of experience in the health and social care sector. My extensive career includes working as an NVQ assessor, a role in which I supported staff in achieving their qualifications.
I have an array of qualifications, including:
•   NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care
•   NVQ Level 3 in Team Leading
•   NVQ Level 3 in Customer Service
•   Level 4 in Leadership and Management
•   Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care
With many years of experience as a registered manager, I have developed a profound understanding of the health and social care domain.
Myself and Lucy decided to take the plunge and start up our own domiciliary care agency, we are a small and personable company providing high quality care to our clients in their own homes.
In my spare time, I enjoy going for walks with my beloved Schnoodle, Rolo. I also likes going out to the theatre and meeting people.

I am also one of the directors and has been working in the care sector since 2001. My expertise lies in domiciliary care, which involves supporting clients to maintain their independence within their homes. My career path has also seen me working with the South East Coast Ambulance Service in patient transport and procurement. In this role, I supported staff and ensured that all tasks were executed to meet deadlines. I also served as a Team Leader within the service.
I have a GNVQ in Health and Social Care and is currently advancing my qualifications by working towards an NVQ Level 4 in Health and Social Care.
In my personal time, I engage in Crossfit and enjoys taking walks with my dog.

I am proud to be the Care Manager at Pride Community Healthcare, where I have been part of the team since June 2024. Under the guidance of Tracy Britcher, our Registered Manager, I was promoted to Care Manager in November 2024, and I continue to build my expertise through ongoing training.
With nine years of experience in the care sector, I have developed a deep understanding of providing compassionate and high-quality support. My journey began with achieving a Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care at college, along with completing the Care Certificate. Over the years, I have gained valuable experience working in domiciliary care, in nursing homes, and at both Conquest and Eastbourne hospitals. During my time in the pharmacy department, I qualified as a Medicines Management and Accuracy Checking Pharmacy Technician—an expertise that enhances my ability to ensure safe and effective care for those we support.
At Pride Community Healthcare, I am dedicated to making a difference by leading with care, professionalism, and a commitment to excellence.

I joined Pride in May, 2025 to be a part of a wonderful team. I am a compassionate, bubbly, friendly, and caring individual with roughly 10 years of experience in the care sector. I have worked in various job roles, predominantly in care homes, but have spent the last 3 years working in administration in a mental health hospital. I hold an NVQ 3 in Health & Social Care, and I am currently studying to obtain my counselling degree at Canterbury Christ Church University. Human beings are complex yet wonderful creatures, and I enjoy developing relationships and doing my bit to take care of others. In my free time, I enjoy hiking, mountain climbing, reading, writing poetry, going for coffee in cute coffee shops, being in nature, and spending time with my friends and family. Being a part of the Pride team for me means going the extra mile to ensure individuals can remain as independent as possible in their everyday lives, and I am excited to be part of the journey.

I joined the team at Pride Community Healthcare in February 2024. I have been working in the health industry since 2009, initially as a care supervisor and a GP exercise specialist. In addition to my role at Pride, I am also a Band 3 Senior Healthcare Assistant for the NHS. I am a friendly, reliable, and fun person who enjoys chatting and supporting the people I care for.

I joined the team at Pride Community Healthcare in December 2024. At 57 years old, I am married to David and am enjoying life. I have two daughters and have worked in care for 30 years, starting in nursing homes and progressing through care homes to home care. I love to travel, with my favorite destinations being Africa and Canada.

I am Rolo, I am friendly and like to greet everybody who comes into the office, I do tend to bark a lot, but that is mainly because I like to get lots of attention.
I enjoy visiting the clients and I love going out for walks with my mums.
I am usually in the office on a Monday morning, pop along and see me.

I am Daniella, a 23-year-old carer at Pride Community Healthcare, I have always had a passion for helping others and love being able to brighten someone's day through a friendly chat and compassionate care. Before joining Pride Healthcare, I gained valuable experience in the care sector with another provider, worked as a discharge coordinator at the hospital, and supported my local community as a store assistant at One Stop. I am proud to be part of a team that makes a real difference in people's lives every day.
