The carer Pride Community Healthcare sent to my friend was a lovely lady. Always kind and considerate. Meticulous in her care and absolutely nothing was too much trouble. She was always punctual and cheerful. Very importantly she listened to what I said. Any concerns were dealt with promptly. Would

Lovely, kind staff and genuinely "care"! Nothing is too much trouble, but she still manages to make Mum feel "independent and confident" and cheers Mum up, and they have a good laugh together!

Pride Community Healthcare has been brilliant. I contacted them back in August and we had regular shifts set up a few weeks later! They are one of the only companies flexible enough to have calls that fit in with my commute to work.

I contacted Pride Community Healthcare as a last resort as we had been let down by the care home at the last minute as they were supposed to be supplying a member of staff to help my son in laws mother attend his and my daughter's wedding. When I messaged Pride Community Healthcare I had a very prompt
response, unbeknownst to me they were on holiday and were very soon contacting carers to see if they were available. the lady, who already had personal plans cancelled them just to attend the wedding for us. She was lovely. I can not thank everyone enough. Amazing!

I have only been using this service for about three weeks and find it very good. The staff are friendly and very helpful. My carer makes my life a lot easier as I have mobility problems, and it is nice seeing a cheerful face in the mornings. She offers to help me with all sorts of problems, plus we
also have great chats! I highly recommend Pride Community Healthcare.

I am registered manager, the nominated individual and am also one of the directors of Pride Community Healthare, along with my Partner Lucy. I have over 30 years of experience in the health and social care sector. My extensive career includes working as an NVQ assessor, a role in which I supported staff in achieving their qualifications.
I have an array of qualifications, including:
•   NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care
•   NVQ Level 3 in Team Leading
•   NVQ Level 3 in Customer Service
•   Level 4 in Leadership and Management
•   Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care
With many years of experience as a registered manager, I have developed a profound understanding of the health and social care domain.
Myself and Lucy decided to take the plunge and start up our own domiciliary care agency, we are a small and personable company providing high quality care to our clients in their own homes.
In my spare time, I enjoy going for walks with my beloved Schnoodle, Rolo. I also likes going out to the theatre and meeting people.

I am proud to be the Care Manager at Pride Community Healthcare, where I have been part of the team since June 2024. Under the guidance of Tracy Britcher, our Registered Manager, I was promoted to Care Manager in November 2024, and I continue to build my expertise through ongoing training.
With nine years of experience in the care sector, I have developed a deep understanding of providing compassionate and high-quality support. My journey began with achieving a Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care at college, along with completing the Care Certificate. Over the years, I have gained valuable experience working in domiciliary care, in nursing homes, and at both Conquest and Eastbourne hospitals. During my time in the pharmacy department, I qualified as a Medicines Management and Accuracy Checking Pharmacy Technician—an expertise that enhances my ability to ensure safe and effective care for those we support.

I joined Pride in May, 2025 to be a part of a wonderful team. I am a compassionate, bubbly, friendly, and caring individual with roughly 10 years of experience in the care sector. I have worked in various job roles, predominantly in care homes, but have spent the last 3 years working in administration in a mental health hospital. I hold an NVQ 3 in Health & Social Care, and I am currently studying to obtain my counselling degree at Canterbury Christ Church University. Human beings are complex yet wonderful creatures, and I enjoy developing relationships and doing my bit to take care of others. In my free time, I enjoy hiking, mountain climbing, reading, writing poetry, going for coffee in cute coffee shops, being in nature, and spending time with my friends and family. Being a part of the Pride team for me means going the extra mile to ensure individuals can remain as independent as possible in their everyday lives, and I am excited to be part of the journey.
