Having had no experience of carers, I didn't know where to turn, but as soon as I rang Neways I was put at ease and knew my mum would get the best care. They came to assess her, explained all the options and answered all my questions. The carers started the next week, and they are all so friendly, and nothing is too much trouble for them. I also know that there is always someone at the end of the phone if I have any concerns or questions. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking good, reliable carers.

I cannot praise them enough. The care and dignity they give my Mum. They genuinely care about her needs, go above and beyond to support her and her declining health - trying to get her to be the best she can be whilst staying in her own home. Always prompt, cheery, always kind. We especially like the way it is a small group of carers that look after her so she knows the familiar faces and builds up a rapport with them. She genuinely enjoys seeing them. Having the small group regularly, they know whether something is amiss and it gives me great peace of mind to know she's cared for so well - i trust them so much which was not at all like our prior providers. The office do their best to accommodate any additional visits to help me out and are willing to listen to chat through navigating this caring journey which is all new to me. Highly recommend them.

Neways at home have been excellent and have given us peace of mind. We live quite far from Weymouth and wanted an agency we could trust to care and support our dad. Dad's carers are fabulous and nothing is too much for them. They go above and beyond and have a great relationship with him; lots of humour and empathy. Dad has become less anxious since they have been coming to see him, he eats better and I know he is now taking his medication daily. He also looks forward to the visits. Myself and my brothers feel reassured that dad is being well cared for even though we are not near. This means so much. Thank you Neways.

It was a challenging time when my mother-in-law became ill and needed further support. From the first contact, Neways explained everything and always communicated with us. As her health deteriorated, Neways were a constant support and increased the care supplied as required. Throughout her last day all the staff treated my mother-in-law with respect and dignity and allowed her to live her final days as she wished, at home. We couldn't have asked for better care and compassion. My mother enjoyed their company and was happy to see them every day.

The carer also does household & shopping jobs, which are very appreciated by clients which are unable to do these tasks. The office is managed by a very special lady & a call from a client is always answered.as soon as possible with a reply. Plus there are also multitude of tasks to be done. I would recommend. Having the same regular carers means that small changes are noticed and acted upon and, where these are medical in nature, Neways are quick to respond and seek appropriate help. I have found the carers to be patient and thoughtful. They have taken care to get to know my dad and understand how to approach his care needs where there might otherwise be resistance. There is good communication between the carers, management and the family and I have found Neways to be proactive in suggesting ways that will further support Dad's emerging needs.
I can highly recommend them.

Over the past 18 months, the team at Neways have been absolutely brilliant for my dad who is now older than he once was, and does need some extra help across the week. The team are punctual, professional, proactive and above all extremely friendly and pleasant.

It is just a shame that we cannot set up a direct debit to pay for the services and seem to have a small problem contacting the office to make payment by phone.

We are always happy to help with appointments, shopping visits, etc. We are looking into ways of improving the payments especially with Direct Debit.
