I have nothing but praise for the carers that attend to Mum. Your attention to detail is second to none. I really appreciate the fact that if any changes in Mum's health occurs the GP is informed and if necessary, an appointment is made or medication is collected if it needs to be. Everyone that comes to Mum works to a very high standard and nothing ever seems to phase them. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend you all to anybody.
Many thanks for the great review and recommending us to others. Really appreciate your time taken for this.
Very pleased with the care my mum is receiving. A competent, professional service catering for my mum's needs. When alterations to the care required have been needed, they have been carried out with the minimum of fuss and bureaucracy.
Many thanks for the lovely review. Really appreciate it. We always try to keep our service as simple as possible.
Neways at Home have provided wonderful care for my parents enabling two 90 year olds to stay living at home. The carers are kind, caring, considerate and very patient, ensuring my parents have the care they need. I would thoroughly recommend Neways at Home.
Many thanks Sarah for your reviewing and recommending us to others. We are happy to serve your parents at home. Really appreciate your time taken for this.
Friendly, efficient and good timekeeping.
Many thanks, Janet, for reviewing us. Really appreciate it.
I am so glad I found this agency, as they have provided an excellent service caring for my Mum with advanced Parkinson's. We have been using Neways at Home since last September, and they have adapted to suit my Mum's changing care needs. She now requires multiple visits a day, and it's so reassuring to know I have carers I can rely on, as I don't live locally. They have provided reassurance to my parents and go above and beyond. They always contact me with any concerns, and I know I can speak to someone at any time. I really can't recommend them enough.
Thank you for such an in-depth review – it’s a great recommendation. There were a lot of changes in the care package, but we were able to support them. Specialist care eg (Parkinson’s) is always demanding, and family support and good communication are vital. You have always supported us with prompt...
Neways at Home has cared for both my mum and dad for several months. Both of my parents have had medical problems and the carers have been both very careful and astute when there has been a change or a problem concerning their health or well-being. I have never had any trouble contacting them and they have been flexible and supportive, especially in the last couple of weeks when it became obvious that my mum, who was terminally ill, didn't have long to live.
Thank you for such a great, five-star review. We understand it’s struggling times and hope things will move on. We are happy that we could help your Mum and Dad, and they were a pleasure to work with. You have always listened to our advice and recommendations - many thanks for this.
I can't fault Neways at Home in any way. They found a local carer for my father who has proven to be a godsend. They are kind, courteous and patient. I have no hesitation in recommending Neways to anyone looking for home care.
Thank you for the five-star review and recommendation. We really appreciate this, and this brings enormous energy to our team to continue to care and support in the community. Many thanks for listening to our advice and accommodating changes whenever it was required.
Thank you to all the lovely ladies who attended and assisted my mother following her broken arm and a subsequent further short stay in the hospital, after which it became clear that an increased level of assistance was required. We were impressed by the team's prompt attention to our changing circumstances and requirements. The carers have been professional, efficient and friendly throughout. Due to changing circumstances yet again, my parents have moved to a care home but we are very pleased with the support provided these last few months.
Thank you for the lovely five-star in-depth review. We understand a lot of things have happened in the short duration which needed to change and accommodate the care to meet the situation. Happy that we could offer care and support for a short time. Many thanks for listening to us.
We have been using Neways at Home for weekly home visits for a couple of months and have been very impressed with the level of care, and the quality of company they have all provided to my dad. It is a lifeline for him to have visitors who look after his personal care, and provide a midday meal and much-needed stimulation and conversation. It is also a lifeline allowing me to leave the house for work for one day a week knowing Dad is in safe hands. Thank you to all who have been involved both in the initial setup and the weekly visits.
Thank you for the lovely review. We really appreciate this. We are glad that we were able to support and care for your father at home. He is very supportive and cooperative with our carers and enjoys the conversations. Many thanks for listening to our recommendations and accommodating whenever care changes are required.
Neways came up trumps with a great care package in mid-January 2023, and the manager, as well as the staff, have been brilliant.
They listen, advise, plan and then adapted what we needed as a care package to assist me as the main carer. I was doing ridiculous hours supporting my mum on top of paying her household bills, organising care, shopping, gardening etc. The burden Neways has lifted off my shoulders is greatly appreciated, and my mum gets on well with the carers!
The carers treat Mum well and let me know if there are any concerns.
Would highly recommend the manager and her team.
Thank you so much for the five-star review. We really appreciate this. We are glad we could support your mum so you are relieved from the daily care activities. Your mum is a pleasure to spend time with. Many thanks for listening and understanding our advice and recommendations – which is very important when planning and delivering care at home for people with dementia.
In the short time the carers visited our home I was most impressed with all who attended to my husband, giving him great personal care, treating him with dignity and respect, being reliable, patient, friendly, chatting and getting to know him, bringing out his humour. The carers were all clean and well-presented. Top marks on personal hygiene. They became our friends too and were a pleasure to have in our home, hence it was hugs all around when they finished as my husband needed to into a care home.
Thank you so much Janet for giving the five-star review and recommending us. Really appreciate your time taken for such a great comprehensive review about our staff and service. We are very happy that we were able to help you and family.
A very big thank you to your team and particularly to the excellent carers who treated my mum with great kindness, respect and patience. Despite her reluctance to have carers in her home, mum soon accepted them and enjoyed their company. They made contact with me when concerned and responded appropriately to emergencies. I would not hesitate to recommend Neways to anyone looking for homecare.
Thank you so much for the lovely review. We are very proud about our carers. I can see that they have added a lot of value for you and your family. Many thanks for recommending Neways at Home.
Huge thank you for all your home care and professionalism shown to my parents with your caring and excellent time keeping noted at all times you bonded with my family and parents in a short period of time. Thanks for your understanding and patience.
We are really happy that your family has enjoyed our care services.
Our carer has been excellent. The agency were very quick in replying and finding someone for us, it's been a real help. The agency made some good suggestions about the care and were perceptive and accommodating.
We are really happy that our suggestions regarding the care have helped.
