Open House Care Ltd

I am extremely happy with the service that Open House is providing for my mother. She was very poorly, and ever since we started using Open House Care, she has been doing very well. She never stops complimenting her carer.

I waa discharged from the hospital, there were no care arragements in place.My brother contacted Barnet council, and I was given names of providers to contact. Unfortunately, no one available when I followed up.The kind lady at Barnet provided me with the number for Open House Care. I reached out to them, and the manager agreed to come out and meet with my brother and me to arrange care and sort out my medication. Their response was fantastic,and I truly don't know what would have done without them.I highly recommend Open House Care.

Open House Care Ltd is a small care provider currently awaiting their CQC inspection, but they are one of the best non-residential care service providers you can rely on. My experience with them has been excellent. They are always available to cover care for my father on short notice. They are transparent and honest, making it easy to contact the managers, who are all hands-on. They don't need a rating to prove they are a safe agency; a trial will convince you more than a rating ever could.

Since open care been looking after mum, they provide excellent care for mum. They are ready to step in at short notice. Recently mum had a fall, the team has nurse her in bed and now she is back to base line, now she is sit back in her chair watching TV. The doctors was suprise to see she has improved in such a short time.

Generally the service is excellent. The timings of carers arrivals and departures are not important to me. So limited variation is fine. One carer has English that can be difficult to understand but I manage.

We are very glad to have found a reliable and consistent care provider for a much-loved, vulnerable and elderly friend.

I cannot thank our carers enough for how they have looked after my mother in her late life. They have shown great compassion and commitment throughout their time with our family. We will always be extremely grateful, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

The nominated person and her team have been a Godsend in supporting my mother as a carer. She is punctual, kind and reliable. She has fitted into our family very well and is a pleasure to have around the house. She is also very supportive of my father, who is also caring for my mother. Both are 95 years old. Thank you for all you do.

If my wife, for some reason, does not wish to do what they suggest, they will accede to her wishes. They are never dominant or authoritarian. They will include me in conversations regarding my wife’s preferences regarding what she does or does not like regarding food. They try and ring the changes when dressing her. If for some reason, I have to be absent, they are very willing to stay. Their presence is a comfort to me, and I would heartily recommend them.

My experience with Open House Care has been beautiful! They have taken a massive weight of my shoulders. My nan got Covid which made caring for her very difficult. Open House Care really helped her to find her feet again. Open House Care worked with us and it paid of dearly. My nan loves when she sees her open house carer! Shes very particular so it's lovely she opened up to the ladies so quickly. Their warm soft gentle touch really is all I could ever ask for. The process of care is very professional and consistent. We really are over the moon. Thank you!
