Very reassuring and friendly meeting, professional approach in all topics of discussion.
The help and advice has been key, with continuing support in the weeks ahead. Knowing that Dad will be seen every day,we will know he is safe and secure in his own home with monitoring on nutrition and well being.
I would recommend Helping Hands to any family that is looking for care and support.
Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review, we really do appreciate it. We are so pleased to hear that the assessment for your father was reassuring and that our professional and friendly approach has given you confidence as he prepares to return home. It is wonderful to know that the...
I can not express how happy we are with the service. My sister and I were worried about dad's reaction to having "strangers" in the house, but he loves them. He was getting lost in his mind, but now he has a purpose to get up and a routine, which is helping him immensely. I have met one of the Managers and one carer. And both were lovely friendly people. I can not recommend Helping Hands enough.
Thank you very much for sharing such heartfelt feedback with us. We are truly delighted to hear how happy you and your sister are with the service, and that your dad has responded so positively to having support at home. Knowing that he now feels more settled, has a routine and a renewed sense of...
Mum mainly has the same carer every week for continuity however other ladies have attended to her and have been just as wonderful.
As a busy family home environment we would struggle without the help and support given to mum from all the team at Helping Hands Walsall.

By and large I feel that Helping Hands is living up to the standard of service claimed and I am very pleased with the high standards of your carers (with one exception which I propose to discuss with a member of staff).

There are no complaints from me. I get the rota on a weekly basis, reports of any issues with Mom. All in all I am very happy. Mom enjoys her additional trips to see the Senior Citizens Orchestra. I am happy in the knowledge that I have someone three times a week nipping in to see her in addition to my regular visits and daily phone calls. Great peace of mind

I have a different cleaner every week and they do what I ask them to do for one hour. Thank you.

finally work for an organisation that shares my passion for quality care.
When I‘m not leading my team in the office, I can be found exploring the hills and
mountains to enjoy the views. I‘ve walked the Great Wall of China, hiked Mount Etna, and hope to add Toubkal to my list by the end of 2025.
