Friendly and very caring.

My family friend has been receiving care from Dignified Care for a while now after a drastic accident which caused him to be bedbound. The staff are well trained, polite, compassionate and always maintain the patient's dignity at all times. The manager of the company always comes around to check if we are happy with the care we receive or if there is anything that needs improvement. The staff all work as a team to ensure that, they provide care in a person-centred manner, they put their patients at the heart of all care provided. The staff were friendly and gentle in the way they repositioned my friend on the bed. They are hard-working, and even though they have limited time to care for their patient, they still find time to tidy the room and clean the toilet. The staff possessed good communication skills and they always interacted with the patient. Dignified care is an excellent care provider and I will recommend it to people who are looking for support for family members or friends.

A year ago our care was provided by another care company who after 3 years returned our care package while we were on holiday. When we returned we were faced with the task of finding a new provider, our only experience of social care had been with them so we were extremely worried about starting again. Then an angel came to see us, an ex-district nurse who had worked in the NHS and a nursing home, who had a revolutionary idea that meant the carers on her team did exactly that, care and want me to have the best life I can. I have my own team who come daily and can tell if I'm feeling bad just by looking at me. They laugh and joke with me like friends while delivering excellent care. (the angel that came) is very much a hands-on manager and keeps in touch with me too just to check all's well. She makes sure all the staff are trained to her standards so I no longer feel uncomfortable or a burden and means to an end. So thanks to our previous care company, you ditched us now our carers are simply the best and really care.

I must say, we are so lucky to be under the care of Your Dignified Care. We have used so many companies before, but I must say, Your Dignified is just wonderful. The carer is very caring and looks after my daughter with love and passion. Thei si impacted us pissitvely. We feel that our daughter is safe in their care. The carer is always on time and understands my daughter's needs. Management is very good. During the assessment, I was very reassured when the manager said my daughter will only get to see two carers. The manager also follows up with telephone calls to make sure we are happy.

Carers who really do care - in the short time I have been receiving care from Your Dignified Care, I have been very pleasantly surprised with the constant consistency of carers they have provided. One member of staff always does her role with care and compassion with a real passion to ensure I am as well as possible so I can enjoy more of life. She and Your Dignified Care has had a really positive effect on my life already.

Have been using Your Dignified Care for a few months now to provide support to my mother, who is elderly and suffers from Parkinson's disease. Staff are professional and very caring, very respectful of my mother's needs and also allowing her to continue to live with a good level of independence. The carer she has is lovely, listens to her, and nothing she asks for is too much trouble. Letting somebody into your home to care for you can be a bit daunting, but they have made the whole process seamless, and my mother felt relaxed from the beginning. Have been very impressed by the company and would definitely recommend.

The manager and her team have been great. Management was always happy to answer any questions, and the staff put my mother at ease. I am reassured my mother's needs are met with dignity and respect. It's important to know my mother is getting her meds and personal care needs met and also feeding back concerns so I can put things in place if need be. Thank you.

Carers are friendly, but some of them want to do as little as possible within the time given. Care of patient should include cleaning of the environment from toile to bedroom.
