overall the service they give to my wife excellent they can not do enough for her she looks forward to there visits and get on really well with all the the girls i would recommend the company 100% to any one who is looking for a home care provider .

Melru embodies the term 'patient-centric care' - the entire team is experienced, knowledgeable, compassionate and caring. We were extremely lucky to have had such a good experience for Dad's end of life care and I would recommend them to anyone who needs support at home - from a few hours a week to
live-in care - reasonably priced and the highest level of assistance.

Contacted the manager to ask that the carer could wash my mom’s hair and ensure she had nice clean clothes as she was coming to stay at mine for the weekend. Once again, my request was honoured. I would just like to say a big thank you to the care staff and management for all their kindness care and
compassion.

Melru Healthcare were exceptional in meeting the healthcare needs of our brother who wished to remain independent in his own home. They kept us fully informed of any issues and were readily available when issues arose. I would certainly recommend them to anyone in a similar situation. The staff were
caring and competent and completely trustworthy. They quickly established a rapport with our brother and he looked forward to their visits. We are very grateful for their dedication and service.
