Trusted Carers have been looking after my mother in her home for more years than I can remember, it must be 5 or so by now and their service has been outstanding. The manager and her team go out of their way to make sure my mum is the best she can be as she has gradually been deteriorating over the years with Vascular Dementia. She is not the easiest to look after as she is very demanding around the house, but apparently not the worst. Just last night about 10pm the manager received a call to say she had fallen and she stayed with her till 4.30 this morning when she texted me to let me know the ambulance had arrived and taken her to hospital. She also organised for someone to be at her house for when she came back later this morning. I don't believe there are many organisations in many industries that would be that diligent. It is a 3 to 4 hour journey for me to go and it's always a discussion as to whether I would get there before the ambulance.

I've only given them an excellent review because there was no option for exceptional. Trusted Care came to us to help care for my mother during her last month, although we didn't know that at the time. They were appointed by the local council, and I had no chance to research anything about them. I need not have worried. What a professional, efficient, kind and generally tremendous bunch of human beings and what a difference they made not just to Mum's life but to ours as we tried to care for her. Their staff are very well trained, their discipline and diligence with the care file was impressive and their kindness to a dying elderly lady was amazing. The management routinely checked we were happy, and equally importantly that the carers were okay with us too. There isn't space here to cover all I'd like to, suffice to say we're so grateful to these wonderful people and their outstanding service. Should you need carers, I couldn't recommend them highly enough. Thank you.
