GoodOaks Homecare - Mid Cheshire

I have been receiving the support of Goodoaks mid Cheshire since 7 November 2025, the staff and carers help with personal care 3 mornings a week. All are extremely helpful, polite, friendly. I am so glad I found them and would recommend them to anyone in need of support. Their caring and understanding of all needs and the fact that your needs as a client come before anything else is obvious. All support is provided on time, I am never rushed and when I started with the company Jane and Marina came out to meet me and discuss my needs, once I decided to use Goodaks I was always introduced to a new carer by either Jane or Marina which means I always know the carer is when they arrive in the morning and they have got to know my routine.

GoodOaks has been a god send for looking after my mother. She is a very independent and private person who doesn't like fuss. The people at GoodOaks were able to make her feel comfortable and happy to be part of their care and support. The ladies that visit her are now friends and that helps with her continued care. Thank you all at GoodOaks.

Absolutely recommend

Both ladies who care for my husband for washing and dressing are very understanding because of his condition. That being vascular dementia/altzheimer and also isn't very mobile. They have the ability to cheer him up and make him feel comfortable when sometimes he doesn't feel like washing and dressing.

I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

The moment one of the staff members came to asses my elderly mother I knew straight away that this was the carers I wanted for mum. Full of compassion and kindness but also professional. They have helped me so much , whenever I needed any advise they were right there at the end of the phone . I would thoroughly recommend Goodoaks to anyone for good care of their loved ones.

It was my first time having carers to come in and look after mum in my home, mum had always been fiercely independent up until a month ago , after a UTI knocked her for six, there was a big adjustment for all of us but when the lady came to do an assignment on mum, I knew straight away that this care provider was the right fit for us and I wasn't wrong. My first time away for a weekend leaving her was hard but the girls were all so lovely and looked after mum so well, not only that, they took the time to sit down and talk to her, the company she craves. I would 100% recommend GoodOaks to anyone wanting the best care for their loved ones . Thank you especially to one lady, you are a beautiful person inside and out. Thank you
