The carers were always incredibly gentle, patient and caring towards my grandmother. Some had years of experience whilst others were still building confidence, but what stood out to me most was their willingness to learn, their kindness and how much they genuinely cared. Nothing was ever too much trouble and feedback was usually acted upon quickly without defensiveness. We are with this care agency more than 3 years. They gave the best care, and my health conditions has improved significantly. When I got the foot ulcer, the way the carers cared for me is remarkable. They did the professional like disinfectant the ulcer area and cut the form and put the band aid was equal to nursing care. The ulcer healed faster. I am very thankful for their carers honest and kind care.
