The carers are always extremely professional and also naturally caring always going above and beyond and providing excellent care in times of emergencies. Carers are always timely and extremely consistent and always willing to help in anyway as are all of the staff within the wider team. I can honestly
say I don't know where we would be without them and would recommend them to anyone considering home care services.

Can't praise this wonderful team of carers enough. They recently were caring for my Father who was terminally ill with cancer and they were wonderful with him, treating him with care, respect, dignity and patience. Nothing was too much trouble.
Their friendly and caring presence during an extremely
traumatic time for us made things a lot easier to bear and we actually looked forward to their visits.
A few of the more regular carers grew attatched to my Father as he did them and when he passed a couple of weeks ago, I know they were genuinely upset.
From the bottom of my heart I want to thank these amazing people for all they did for my Father in his last weeks. We will always be grateful.

Would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a loved one to be cared for friendly and helpful staff. The team we have are perfect and have settled like they have always been here my son is very happy and well taken care of. They really do go above and beyond for their patients.

Slight delay with care service but all clear after a quick comms chat over the phone. Everything went well,care programme assessment and then first visit. All tasks in plan are up and working well .No real concerns.
Career's all working to the care procedures and seem trained to a high standard
and all Career's are aware of health and saftey.
Good start and hope standards day as high as they have been.All staff have been pleasant and understood
my needs and very empathetic to my issues. Exemplary care have set a high level of service.

My name is Alenca Gould and I am currently the Registered Manager at Exemplary Care Services. I have worked in care for over 30 years, with over 10 years management experience. My heart has always been in this sector, starting initially in residential care settings at the age of 15, then recently into domiciliary care. My biggest passion is driving my staff and workforce to deliver the best quality care available.
