My name is Alenca Gould and I am currently the Registered Manager at Exemplary Care Services. I have worked in care for over 30 years, with over 10 years management experience. My heart has always been in this sector, starting initially in residential care settings at the age of 15, then recently into domiciliary care. My biggest passion is driving my staff and workforce to deliver the best quality care available. With a huge emphasis on person-centred practice, Exemplary Care Services has grown from strength to strength, and we are embarking on a journey to be the best. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my two children and dogs, the occasional holiday and a glass of wine.

I’m Ben, the care manager and all round compliance, contract and governance lead at Exemplary Care Services. I started in the sector for work experience when I was 15, moving into senior roles at 18, and clinically based roles thereafter. My background in the sector primarily lies in nursing led, complex and clinical settings, now in domiciliary care since 2023. My biggest passion is people, and their support being accessible, quality driven and person-centred. I also love regulations, policies and procedures, governance and compliance. Outside of work, I enjoy creative pursuits, reading, and of course, Netflix.
