The Team go above and beyond to care for there clients. They are friendly reliable efficient and offer a high quality of service. They operate an efficient service and always are approachable and can cover any last minute emergencies. I am more than satisfied with the care they provide and would highly recommended there services to others and have done so. I know my mum is in safe hands!

I cant thank the carers enough for the way they look after and respect my brother and sister in law always happy and cheerful. We have been having them for months and can honestly say we have never had any problems always on time and do everything thats asked of them. Would definitely recommend them they have made a huge difference to us all.

To whom it may concern I am writing with this to relay my experience with Integrated Support Services.I am writing with this to relay my experience with Integrated Support Services. I had a care plan in place after leaving hospital and had already been supported by a number of agencies which did not work out for me. I was introduced to Mo and she went through my needs etc with myself and social worker Eva. I was very unwell when the support started having being told I only had a few days to live. I was bed bound, immobile and could barely do anything for my self. Initially I needed support getting my son to and from school, attend appointments, shopping, bathing, housework, companionship. I also required help with getting medication which is placed into dosit boxes for me on a weekly basis. I am reminded to take my medication and always asked if I have eaten that day. The support staff are consistent I have built relationships with them. They are kind, caring and friendly and people that I trust. I happily leave possessions on show and am not worried about
