Overall Experience
Leaving my mum in the care of strangers was worrying and daunting but the carers who look after her 24/7, in my mum's own home, have taken the stress away and genuinely care about her.
There is good communication from most of the carers and a comfortable routine has developed over the 6 months.
On the single occasion I contacted the manager, he was very helpful, listened and responded quickly.

Over all the calibre of staff is very good.

Overall Experience

After sustaining several injuries from a car crash 3 years ago I was given a support worker by Shelagh Care Services and I couldn't be more impressed. My carer comes twice a week for 5 hours total and helps me with everything without me even asking. I have progressed so far with my health due to the help she gives and all help comes with a smile and such kindness. Couldn't recommend this company any more as my support worker is fantastic and goes above and beyond!
