We have been using Tees Healthcare for nearly one year now, and can honestly state the standard of care provided by the team for my mum has been, and continues to be, excellent in every regard. From the very first meeting prior to service commencement, to reviews via the Local Authority and intermittent contact with the management, Tees Healthcare continue to be a positively reassuring arm around our family group. The main carer is just outstanding, so attentive and supportive in building rapport with my mum - which is not to take anything away from the rest of the team, who are equally superb. Thank you to Tees Healthcare for the amazing support you provide, and which is so reassuringly dependable.

Soon as the carers walk though the door, they are welcoming bubbley and always happy they meet all my mum's needs. Can’t fault anything they do, they are so loving and so amazing. They are the best careers my mum has ever had, we wouldn’t go anywhere else they are so amazing.
I am happy to write this review because they are the best care agency I’ve had.
I chose them because they have a ‘Good’ CQC rating and I can see why.
They turn up on time, are very respectful and carry out their duties efficiently. They are very friendly. Also, they send the same few carers each time.
With other companies, they send a rota which I may as well have torn up. They’d turn up late and send different carers giving sickness as their excuse.
This doesn’t happen with Tees Healthcare.
Absolutely brilliant company, so friendly from the moment they walked through the door. My dad's carers are great, I’ve never heard him talk so much. The difference in him in a week is lovely to see, he genuinely looks forward to them arriving. Highly recommended by us, 5 stars.
