A thorough and thoughtful initial assessment took 2 hours maximising. So kind, considerate and caring carers. They ring beforehand if they are going to be late (nearly always on time). Attention is paid to hygiene and personal needs.
We are sorry we have been late on occasion and working really hard to ensure these instances are kept to a bearest minimum.
