I can honestly say I have never come across such a happy and hardworking set of carers. It’s a pleasure to see them arrive and they have looked after my wife in sometimes difficult situations. They always leave us in a much happier place, sadly at the moment they will be coming for quite a while, but on the other hand, we wouldn’t be without them. Thank you very much Ready Care.

On meeting each staff member visiting my elderly father, I have found them to be professional, courteous, honest and extremely friendly and hardworking. They have all listened to my father's needs and been interested in getting to know the wider family. I would recommend the team to anyone.

I am extremely pleased with the service Ready Care Private provide for my neighbour. All the carers are friendly, happy and professional. I am glad that we engaged this company. They notice changes in my neighbour so can tell me that cognitively he is worse than he was etc. You need this kind of input if you don’t live with someone so that if necessary you can call in the relevant people. We have carers 4 times a day so there is the reassurance that someone is checking up regularly. They do all his personal care, make sure he has one hot meal a day, and make sure he takes his medication. They keep his kitchen and bathroom clean. They also sit with him and go through photographs to try and stimulate his brain. In short, I highly recommend this company and importantly my neighbour likes the carers and will do things they ask him to do even if he ignores me! They always take my calls as sometimes my neighbour gets confused and forgets the carer has been! They do a hard job and make it look easy.
