Apt care options looked after my wife for the last weeks of her life , this service was invaluable to myself and my family , we would recommend there services to anybody in need of professional care .

nightmare. Every time I turn my back the carer tidy up and does things around the house. Mums coming on leaps and bounds. She has refound her speech and concentration ding activities that excite here. She's reading out loud boks and colouring in, and numerous games and jigsaws. Gradually she is getting much better. The Alzheimer's is definitely haulted. which Is the plan.

She finds it stimulating and enjoyable! Each week she looks forward to going and is really pleased to show us the things she makes each week including baking which she hasn't been able to do for a long time. She really enjoys the support she receives to do things she enjoys at her own pace. Angelina and Diane get on very well and she feels she can open up to her and talk about her life, which has really improved her mental health. She would like more people to be there so she has different people to talk to and have conversations. She really enjoys her Fridays there with all the support staff who are lovely.

My mother has been receiving care from Apt Care Options for a couple of months and we are more than satisfied with every aspect of the company. The communication is excellent and prompt. The carers are reliable and treat mom with respect and kindness. The management are excellent and any issues are dealt with quickly. I would definitely recommend the company.

The care provided was excellent. Any queries were dealt with straight away. Information was given on all aspects of the care taking place. Individual staff members were excellent, treating my father with dignity and respect.

The carer who attended me when I suffered a badly broken left femur and also a broken clavicle was extremely compassionate, understanding, caring and a knowledgable and professional employee of this Care Agency. Understandably I was very a vulnerable, emotional and anxious patient however I felt immediately reassured by her kindness and abilities. I felt that she treated me with respect and dignity at all times. This lady is a wonderful asset to her employers and I felt I was in most capable hands at all times. At no point did I feel rushed or stressed and she was exceptionally gentle with my washing and dressing considering the amount of pain I was suffering at the time. I would have no hesitation in thoroughly recommending this Care Agency.

We have been using the services of Apt care for 3 years and are extremely happy with the exceptional level of care provided. All of the carers are kind and thoughtful; they work diligently with care and concern for my Dad's well being. They are all well trained and very capable. The company is extremely well managed with great lines of communication and the reassurance of excellent procedures that include regular checks on their staff. I highly recommend Apt Care.
