I wanted to share my heartfelt appreciation for the exceptional care the manager and her team have provided to my mother. Their dedication and professionalism truly echo the positive sentiments I've seen in other reviews.
From our initial meeting, we felt completely at ease, knowing that my mother
would be in capable hands. The manager meticulously guided us through every step of the process, explaining everything in such detail that there were no surprises, which we greatly appreciated.
The carers who looked after my mother were consistently cheerful, warm, and incredibly kind. They always knew exactly what to do and treated my mother with the utmost kindness, respect, and dignity. Nothing was ever too much trouble for them, which made a significant difference.
While we are now in the difficult position of needing to find a full-time care option for my mother, I would wholeheartedly recommend the manager and her team based on our wonderful experience.

All the staff and carers at Independance at Home were great. We were kept updated of any issues or concerns with my mother that occurred during the visits.
The management team were always happy to meet to discuss any problems and offer advise on things that could help during the visits.
The carers
that visited always showed compasion to my mom and supported my dad.

The service of independence at home has been nothing short of amazing since the start. Our initial consultation with the manager was brilliant and you could tell that providing the care for my nan is something that she profoundly believes in. Since we started having carers with them, my nan has always
said how kind they are and how caring they are in nature. As a grandson who's close to his nan, I'm happy that the care being provided is appreciated by my nan too. Couldn't recommend them more.

We employed Independence at home to replace mom's previous carers who were not providing us with the service we had hoped for and I can honestly say it's the best decision we made. All the staff are lovely. They are very attentive to Mom and her needs and, obviously, very experienced. They keep us well
informed of anything affecting mom and involve us in all decision making. They have taken all of the worry out of our situation when we can't be with mom ourselves throughout the day. The Manager is very professional and her experience is obvious and very reassuring. She is also very responsive. Thank you Independence at home!

Absolutely fantastic care. All carers had full respect, sympathy and kind and would always go above and beyond. So grateful for the level of care. Each and every carer was just amazing. Independence at Home have provided excellent care for my mother over the last 5 years. Nothing is too much trouble, the girls are polite, kind and caring. They get on with the job with a minimum of fuss. Any issues are communicated quickly and solutions are discussed. The Manager has a wealth of experience
which shows in how she manages my mother’s care and the company. I have recommended the company to many families as they have been the best carers my mother has had.

My aunt has been receiving care from the manager and her team since early 2023. I have found all the staff to be extremely professional, compassionate and caring, often going above and beyond to ensure the safety and comfort of my aunt. I recommend Independence at Home to anyone looking for help for
a loved one. It can be a very worrying time, however, the manager and the team have made the transition as smooth as possible and have provided excellent care.

I have found all the staff to be compassionate and very caring. Mom has responded well to all the help they have offered her. I find they listen to and acknowledge how Mom is feeling and adapt how they help her day to day. I can't praise them enough for taking some of the worry off my shoulders by listening
to both myself and Mom, caring for us both and when a problem arises, putting management and staff heads together and solving it.

My 90-year-old dad received such excellent care from Independence at home carers. I felt at ease knowing that my dad was in good hands and would be looked after properly, especially after having bad experiences with other care companies. The carers were friendly, professional, caring and treated my

From the start of home care, the manager and her girls have ensured Mom's care has been treated with dignity, respect, compassion and care. Mom is regularly given choices during her calls, and the girls have developed a natural professional rapport with Mom, myself and my sister. Any issues, such as
call times, have been dealt with professionally and courteously. I would have no hesitation in recommending Independence at home to anyone wishing to seek home care for family and friends.

The manager and her wonderful team have been instrumental in keeping my father at home, living independently for the past 12 months. They were responsible for assisting him with bathing, dressing, would prepare lunch and leave him tea for later. They have, at all times, been fully respectful of his
wishes and dignity. They completely engaged with my father, rapidly building up a rapport and sharing many jokes and indeed more serious conversations. This care gave me the confidence to relax knowing he was in safe hands.
More recently, they provided exemplary end of life care, when they all worked round the clock tirelessly. Quite simply, we could not have managed without them.

Independence at Home have been a great support to my 96 year-old aunt (and to the whole family) over the past year. Without this support (of four visits a day), it simply would not have been possible for my aunt to continue living independently in her own home. All the team members are professional
and punctual. At the same time, they are very caring and friendly. The Independence at Home team has looked after my aunt very well at times of illness and when she's suffered falls. Additional care has been arranged quickly and at short notice when it has been needed. We are very grateful for the care that is provided and for the managers experienced leadership.

The service provided by the manager and her team was second to none!
The manager and her staff team provided my late grandfather with a care package that ranged from a few calls a day to round-the-clock care. They enabled my grandfather to remain in his own home as he so wished right until the end
of his life's journey. He was treated with the utmost dignity and respect at all times, the staff showed true compassion and kindness not only to him but also to our family. The staff have a wealth of experience and knowledge, always arrived in a timely manner, kept him safe and happy. As a family, we were always kept up to date with any concerns regarding his health and well-being. They truly are an outstanding team, I would recommend them in a heartbeat.
