We are extremely happy with the service the team provide. They are caring, efficient, reliable and friendly and have made a huge difference to mum's life, enabling her to stay in her much-loved home. From the initial assessment visit, when a series of referrals to relevant agencies were put in place through to the daily care and communication provided by the team, we have been very impressed. In mum's words, "I can't fault them. They are all lovely" Thank you.

While we are now in the difficult position of needing to find a full-time care option for my mother, I would wholeheartedly recommend the manager and her team based on our wonderful experience.

The service of independence at home has been nothing short of amazing since the start. Our initial consultation with the manager was brilliant and you could tell that providing the care for my nan is something that she profoundly believes in. Since we started having carers with them, my nan has always said how kind they are and how caring they are in nature. As a grandson who's close to his nan, I'm happy that the care being provided is appreciated by my nan too. Couldn't recommend them more.

Independence At Home are a small team which means you get a much more personal service. The staff are all so helpful and friendly and nothing is too much trouble for them. They treat mom with dignity and respect and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

We employed Independence at home to replace mom's previous carers who were not providing us with the service we had hoped for and I can honestly say it's the best decision we made. All the staff are lovely. They are very attentive to Mom and her needs and, obviously, very experienced. They keep us well informed of anything affecting mom and involve us in all decision making. They have taken all of the worry out of our situation when we can't be with mom ourselves throughout the day. The Manager is very professional and her experience is obvious and very reassuring. I have found all the staff to be compassionate and very caring. Mom has responded well to all the help they have offered her. I find they listen to and acknowledge how Mom is feeling and adapt how they help her day to day. I can't praise them enough for taking some of the worry off my shoulders by listening to both myself and Mom, caring for us both and when a problem arises, putting management and staff heads together and solving it.

From the start of home care, the manager and her girls have ensured Mom's care has been treated with dignity, respect, compassion and care. Mom is regularly given choices during her calls, and the girls have developed a natural professional rapport with Mom, myself and my sister. Any issues, such as call times, have been dealt with professionally and courteously. More recently, they provided exemplary end of life care, when they all worked round the clock tirelessly. Quite simply, we could not have managed without them.

Independence at Home have been a great support to my 96 year-old aunt (and to the whole family) over the past year. Without this support (of four visits a day), it simply would not have been possible for my aunt to continue living independently in her own home. All the team members are professional and punctual. At the same time, they are very caring and friendly. The Independence at Home team has looked after my aunt very well at times of illness and when she's suffered falls. Additional care has been arranged quickly and at short notice when it has been needed. We are very grateful for the care that is provided and for the managers experienced leadership.
