The service provided by the manager and her team was second to none!

The manager and her staff team provided my late grandfather with a care package that ranged from a few calls a day to round-the-clock care. They enabled my grandfather to remain in his own home as he so wished right until the end of his life's journey. He was treated with the utmost dignity and respect at all times, the staff showed true compassion and kindness not only to him but also to our family. The staff have a wealth of experience and knowledge, always arrived in a timely manner, kept him safe and happy. As a family, we were always kept up to date with any concerns regarding his health and well-being. They truly are an outstanding team, I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

Their services have been totally reliable and sympathetic to our situation.
Their ability to respond to changed circumstances has been impressive.

Overall Experience

Excellent service! Don't know what we would do without the manager and her wonderful carers. Been looking after our mother for about 2 years. Excellent communication between management, carers, client and the client's family. Puts our minds at rest knowing our mother is well looked after.

Overall Experience
The manager and her team from Independence at home, cared for my stepfather for 2 years until he passed away in January, the care he received was first-class, with unreserved commitment, professionalism and compassion.
Anyone wanting assurance that their loved ones will be cared for with dignity and compassion look no further.

We as a family were humbled by the service we received and would highly recommend them to anyone.
