Great Grace Services is a privately-owned home care business devoted to providing high quality care for adults ranging from 18 years to older people over 65 years, in the comfort of their own homes.

As people grow older or become ill, it presents a lot of challenges, at times making it difficult to carry out even the simplest of tasks. There is no reason why people should not continue to have quality life, in the safe space of their own environment, even in those circumstances.

Great Grace Services recognises the importance of living at home in a familiar environment, which is why they have put in place a comprehensive package of care that will assist their clients continue to live at home for as long as it is possible.

Services provided include personal care, assistance with bathing, dressing, eating, and prompting with medication. They have a team of friendly and highly trained staff who are always willing to assist with your activities of daily to put you back in control of your life. Activities such as shopping, meal preparation, accompanying clients to doctor’s appointments as well as going out on recreational activities. They believe in putting the client at the centre of their care and are committed to working with client in drawing up person centred care plans.

Great Grace Services uphold and value the dignity of all their clients and their staff. Provision of quality care is at the centre of everything they do. This is why they have invested in the training of all their staff to ensure that there is no compromise in the care provided.

The team from Great Grace really helped me to regain my confidence and restore my independence after a lengthy stay in hospital. They were unfailingly cheerful and happy to go at my pace to enable me to do as much for myself as I could. They were very reliable and came at the agreed times.
The meeting
to set up the care was very professional and kind and I appreciated that they took the time to come and visit me personally in hospital to work out what my needs and preferences were, not just basing their input on my family's suggestions.
The invoicing and billing were also very simple, reliable and easy to understand.
