Failed me miserably. There were no issues until one carer said I was ungrateful. Failed to respond to my numerous emails. Failed to reimburse me for led lights broken by a carer. Tried to resolve this and asked for a meeting, but was ignored. How can one carer cause a client to be given notice without discussing face to face? Be careful, be warned. Certainly did not deal with my complaint in an Elite manner.
All my carers are great. They all have different characters but look after me kindly even though I know I can be quite difficult. We have long chats about life and they make me laugh when I'm a bit down. I can't fault any of them.
Excellent reliable service with friendly and efficient staff.
I took on this company in November 2022 to care for my father. The service, dedication of staff and quality of care is exceptional. Members of staff go above and beyond. The management are keen and very polite with checks done regularly to make sure I am happy with everything or if they could change/improve anything. My father has taken to all of his carers and enjoys the chats and hugs, he has become more verbal which is amazing to witness. I feel I can now take a step back and know dad is in the best care and safety. Thank you Elite Community Care.
