I find Harkins are excellent. They really look after you. They do anything you ask. They are always polite and have time for a chat. The lady in the office is very good, if I have to ring up, she helps me.

I am not one for really leaving reviews but I felt I had too in this case.
Harkins had taken over my mum's care in October last year and what can I say, I've never met such a professional and caring company like them. They go above and beyond for my mum, which is so amazing for my mum and her family
knowing that she's in the best of care. But when my mum lost her funding/hours early this year they stepped up even more and thought so hard for my mum with numerous meetings, phone calls and emails and last week we found out that my mum had won her appeal all down to the office staff and carers. I won't mention names but they no who they are and we thank you all so much.
If anyone is thinking of needing a company that can give great care & support to your family or friend who is in need of a company then I would highly recommend getting in touch with Harkins I promise you will not be disappointed.

My life got turned upside down when my dad had a stroke. I wasn't sure how I could juggle work and looking after my dad, then I was introduced to Harkins Care. They were absolutely amazing, they introduced themselves to me, my family and more importantly my dad. They talked us through what services
they provide and what they could offer us, they worked around all my dad's needs and what he wanted out of the service. Every member of staff from the carers to office staff always kept us in the loop about everything and anything that needed our input they would discuss with us. We had 4 calls a day, which worked around my dad and his normal routines, they all went above and beyond in every aspect of care, I can't thank them enough for what they did for my dad and for us. Sadly my dad passed away but I could not have wished for a better care provider to look after him. They cared for my dad for 4 years and I cannot thank them enough for those 4 years, I would definitely recommend Harkins Care

I have found the carers to be excellent and listen if I have a problem.
the office has been good. not needed to ring up at all, but know they're there is I have a problem.

I have a fabulous relationship with all my carers. They cook me great food and we have a laugh. They respect my wishes and always ask before they leave, "have we done everything". They really care for me and I care about them.
