I find Harkins are excellent. They really look after you. They do anything you ask. They are always polite and have time for a chat. The lady in the office is very good, if I have to ring up, she helps me.

If anyone is thinking of needing a company that can give great care & support to your family or friend who is in need of a company then I would highly recommend getting in touch with Harkins I promise you will not be disappointed.

My life got turned upside down when my dad had a stroke. I wasn't sure how I could juggle work and looking after my dad, then I was introduced to Harkins Care. They were absolutely amazing, they introduced themselves to me, my family and more importantly my dad. They talked us through what services they provide and what they could offer us, they worked around all my dad's needs and what he wanted out of the service. Every member of staff from the carers to office staff always kept us in the loop about everything and anything that needed our input they would discuss with us. We had 4 calls a day, which worked around my dad and his normal routines, they all went above and beyond in every aspect of care, I can't thank them enough for what they did for my dad and for us. Sadly my dad passed away but I could not have wished for a better care provider to look after him. They cared for my dad for 4 years and I cannot thank them enough for those 4 years, I would definitely recommend Harkins Care

This is just a review to really say to one member of staff you really are an angel, and thank you so much for being an amazing carer/friend to my nanna in her times of need. She thought the world of you keep up the good work. You're a treasure to me, the company and do a fantastic job. Lots of love.

I have a fabulous relationship with all my carers. They cook me great food and we have a laugh. They respect my wishes and always ask before they leave, "have we done everything". They really care for me and I care about them.

I was so grateful to get care with this company. My carers have helped me so much. They have become friends. I feel cared about as a person. It's not just a job. They really don't get enough praise.

Initially, I felt out of my depth, having carers has given me confidence to do my job properly. they are invaluable for their advice and their help which is always given with courtesy and consideration - I thank them.

The feeling that our mother is always in safe hands is priceless.
