I've had a really positive experience with this care team. The staff are genuinely lovely-kind, patient, and always respectful in how they support my mum. One thing I particularly like is their App, which makes it easy to stay updated and feel connected to her care, especially as I do not live near mum..

Any concerns or queries I've had have been dealt with promptly and efficiently, which gives me real peace of mind. Most importantly, my mum is happy and comfortable with the support she receives.

They've also been very accommodating when I've needed to make requests at short notice, which I really appreciate. Overall, a caring and reliable service that I would happily recommend.

Northern Angels Care are just that- angels and caring. From the first prompt contact, through every visit, they have been punctual, professional, friendly and treated my mother with respect and dignity. They consistently and diligently meet all her complex care needs with a smile and banter which she loves. We would recommend them very highly.

All of the carers are lovely, especially the younger ones. All are very respectful to me. Ask about my welfare and always do what I ask. Always friendly and chat with me whilst doing their job.

All the staff from management to carers at Northern Angels are simply outstanding. They 100% provide excellent care and compassion throughout. The carers are always on time, reliable and mentally engaging with my dad, who has dementia and Alzheimer's. I can 100%, hand on heart, say my dad is in good hands when I am away. Simply exceptional service.

Efficient friendly service. The staff are willing to accommodate any changes/requests the family may have. The staff are genuinely concerned about the client and house with family if they have any issues. The client enjoys the visits and the help she receives and they make each other laugh. Thank you.

As a person needing care assistance to help with medication, personal care, shopping and some social time away from my home, I really have high praise for both the management and care staff who deal with me on a daily basis. Their communication skills are brilliant. I 'm treated with respect and dignity, they always have a happy attitude, take time to listen and help me as my condition changes. Cheer me up on my 'feeling down' days.

A very reliable and caring company from the management who are well organised and the carers who are punctual and hardworking. Anybody needing home care need to look no further.
