My family suggested me having a support worker whilst they were away on holiday. Witham staff suggested someone who would be compatible. She was very good indeed caring, considerate and very kind. We got on extremely well and had lots of laughs. She was great company taking me shopping, and to the seafront for a walk and exercise. I have decided to stay with Witham for any support when I need it.
Thank you very much for taking the time to leave us such a kind review! We're so pleased that you found your visits from your Support Worker beneficial and enjoyable! We know that she very much enjoyed your company and would be thrilled to see you again in the future.
My mother required some help with shopping and companionship whilst I was away, and I knew Witham Community Care were the best care providers in our local area, mainly from recommendations, and personal communications with the company. My mother enjoyed the visits from a very kind, caring member of the Witham Community Care Team, and has continued with her companion carer for support now, and for the foreseeable future. Highly recommend the company.
Thank you for taking the time to leave us such a lovely review. It is such a pleasure to visit your Mum. We will pass your kind words onto her Support Worker who we know looks forward to seeing her very much!
Nothing but praise for everyone I have been involved with. Nothing was too much trouble and the help and encouragement I have been shown is incredible.

Witham started to assist me at the beginning of January this year, visiting once per week to help me shower. Their initial interview was searching and resulted in a good match of carer and my needs. I feel that my carer is well experienced, fully competent, consistent and fully trustworthy. Witham have also undertaken to provide a consistent substitute to cover for holidays and sickness. I am delighted.
We're so pleased to hear that you're delighted with using Witham Community Care. Our support worker truly enjoys spending time with you, and we really appreciate your kind words. We pride ourselves on the continuty of care we can provide, so we're very grateful to hear this. Thank you!
When meeting the carers they were all lovely, professional and in the nicest possible way human. They treated him with respect, humour and fun. He was known for his colourful language but the team were often laughing with him and he could be himself without judgement. He was made to feel comfortable by the team from day one and for a proud man to say he was happy to have Witham coming in, proves how good they are at their jobs! Managements communication with us and their team could not have been better.
I couldn't recommend Witham enough, the service they provide are top class and we cannot thank each and every one of them enough.
Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us such a lovely review. It was a pleasure to care for your Father in-law, we know his Support Workers always looked forward to visiting him, and certainly enjoyed his company and great sense of humour!
Their day centre has also been so beneficial for my mother allowing her to gain her independence again.
I would 100% recommend Witham's and if in the future should we ever need a care provider again I know exactly where to go. Thank you from the kindness of our hearts as a family for all your understanding and help.
Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us such a lovely review. It has been our pleasure to support your Mother and we are so pleased that she has regained full independence and is doing so well. We look forward to continuing to see her at Witham Community Centre!
Witham Community Care provided an excellent service to my mother at a time when she needed care at home . They were extremely professional, kind and sensitive to my mother's needs both physically and emotionally. The directors of the company took the time to pair my mother with carers to suit her needs and provided timetables in advance in paper form for my mother, making her feel in control of what was occurring. There was continuity of care throughout which was very important. The client portal, that I was able to access, provided me with some comfort , keeping me in touch with the carers visits, actions and how my mother was feeling.
Overall, I would thoroughly recommend the company to others at a time most needed by many families and individuals.
Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us such a kind review. It was an absolute pleasure to care for your Mum and we will share your lovely comments with the team!
For me, it means I can go about my day and not worry that she is ok on a daily basis. They are my extra family that I don't have. THANK YOU. Only today, without hesitation I recommended them to a family friend. Thanks Paula

Mum had moved to Bexhill to live close to her son and daughter-in-law and needed daily help owing to her dementia condition.
From the first assessment meeting the directors were absolutely spot on with what mum needed in order to live as normal life as possible. The carers were slowly introduced and they all slotted in to mums care plan seamlessly and mum very happy to see them, which was a great relief for my wife and I. Mum tells us of the fun she had that included walks along the seafront, coffee and cake in various places and shopping trips.
The directors and carers were very professional and often communicated with us to ensure all was good and provided suggestions of activities. As mums dementia progressed they provided excellent advice and adapted her care plan accordingly and always went the extra mile to ensure she was happy.
We would definitely recommend Witham Community Care to anybody and you will be amazed at how easy it is to set up to assist a loved one.
Thank you so much for your kind words, on behalf of all of the team of Support Workers that visited your Mum we absolutely loved spending time with her!
My elderly mother has been supported by Witham Community Care (WCC) since the beginning of this year, when her health deteriorated. I looked at several local providers at the time, and WCC stood out to me as it provided a more personalised service and family approach. I spoke initially to the manager and she was open, friendly, professional and had started her career as a carer, then moved up from manager, to owning and running a care home/home service. WCC have always shown a genuine commitment to providing the best service, and getting to know their clients personally. My mother had never had carers in her home, having been very independent before falling ill. It was a big step for her (and me) and WCC helped guide us through what support my mother needed. We were able to meet the carers before committing and Mum has consistent carers who come in. They have also been incredibly flexible when we have needed extra help and more visits for Mum, following hospital discharge.
Thank you so much for your kind words. It is such a pleasure to visit your Mum. She is such a remarkable lady and I know the team really enjoy hearing about her wonderful family.
I find them very easy to talk to and to discuss various problems.
They are quick to answer and communicate.
The cares are interested in the family as a whole and we are all very happy with the service they give our elderly Mother.

I felt well supported & safe.
They even visited me with flowers after I stopped seeing them professionally.
Thank you very much for your kind words and for taking the time to leave us a review. It was our absolute pleasure to visit you to help with your recovery.
Thoroughly reliable, patient, understanding and humorous.
Thank you very much for your kind words and taking the time to leave us a review. I know our Support Worker really enjoys visiting, and I will pass your feedback on to her!
I just wanted to let people know that my friends mum is being looked after by Witham Community Care - which enables her to be in her own home, reducing her stress levels, allows her to stay independent at home, and the support given by carers is excellent and they treat her like family.
Thank you so much for your kind words. It is our pleasure to visit your friend's mum. I will pass your wonderful feedback to our team!
Witham Community Care are simply wonderful. From management, to every single amazing carer on our team, who primarily look after Dad, but also support Mum, are extremely professional and caring. Nothing is too much trouble. It's clear that both Dad and Mum really love their carers, and indeed they have become part of the family. They each have such genuine warmth, kindness and dedication to my parents. They are like a breath of fresh air when they walk into my parents' home, and their positive energy and joyful attitude remain consistent throughout the entire time they are here. We feel blessed to have Witham Community Care, blessed by every single carer; they make Mum and Dad feel treasured, and they in turn, are our treasures.
Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us such a lovely review. It is a pleasure to care for your parents and we will pass on your kind words to their Support Workers, who we know thoroughly enjoy visiting them!

Establishing Witham Community Care with my colleague and sister, Nicole, has felt truly special. We always knew that we wanted to offer a small and personal service, supporting people to live happy, fulfilled lives in their own home. I am the Nominated Individual and also the Registered Manager, and I thoroughly enjoy working alongside our small and incredible team of Support Workers.
I have experience working in both a care home and a domiciliary care setting, and spent many happy years managing a care home in Bexhill, alongside Nicole, before leaping to open our own business. I have achieved my NVQ Level 5 in Leadership & Management in Health & Social Care, and I enjoy setting myself new challenges and learning new things!
In my spare time, I enjoy photography, spending quality time with my husband and son, and going for long walks with our border collie, Mika!
When establishing Witham Community Care, Laura and I had a clear vision of the personable service we wanted to offer, and now our dream has become a reality!
We are very fortunate to have an exceptional team to work alongside, who go over and above to ensure that people feel happy, safe and comfortable in their own homes. Along with our colleagues, knowing we're making a difference to our Service User's day is heart-warming.
Having obtained my NVQ Level 5 in Leadership & Management in Health and Social Care in 2018, I have continued to expand my knowledge, specific to our Service Users' needs. Prior to opening Witham Community Care, my previous experience included 'Registered Manager' of a Care Home in Bexhill, working alongside Laura.
I'm a lover of a good sunrise and sunset, especially if I have my camera ready! Long walks to wear my Border Collie pup - Myla is my way to unwind in my spare time.
Working as the Deputy Manager for Witham Community Care is both a privilege and a joy. In this role, I have the opportunity to support a dedicated team who share the same passion for delivering compassionate, person-centred care. Being part of a family-run organisation means every decision is guided by genuine values, and I’m proud to help create an environment where both our staff and the people we care for feel respected, supported, and valued every single day. I've always worked in the care sector, and have obtained various qualifications over the years. I am currently working towards my NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management in Health and Social Care, which I am thoroughly enjoying.
In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my Wife and taking our Labrador pup, Paris, on long walks!
Witham Community Care allows me to continue to develop in my role with ongoing training. Nicole and Laura are always incredibly supportive not only to me, but especially to all of their service users. I am extremely proud to work for them.
On my days off I enjoy relaxing by doing art and cooking different recipes!
