I would like to thoroughly recommend Witham Community Care for all the support given to myself since having a bad fall. Without their help and encouragement my recovery would not have been as successful as it has been. My carers are kind and support me both physically and mentally, I am feeling more confident each day. Me and my husband have the same carers visit us and we have built a good rapport with them. Both our carers and the managers are very good, nothing is too much trouble! We feel very well cared for indeed.

Since we've been having carers supplied by Witham Community Care, my wife and I have enjoyed their company and their first-class service. They meet our needs as required, assisting us with personal care, treating us with dignity and kindness. They now feel as if they are part of the family, we look forward to their daily visits and would thoroughly recommend them to anyone.

Witham Community Care was a lifesaver for me. Shortly before having knee replacement surgery, I was concerned to learn that, unlike others, I have known who have had major joint surgery, I was not going to be offered any ongoing care postoperatively and had to secure this for myself. Having tried all avenues, and with time running out before my surgery, I managed to secure help with Witham only after I had returned home. I clearly was not in a position to look after my own personal hygiene and had no one else to help me with it. One of the Directors came out and assessed my needs and, at the same time, helped me with much-needed personal care, which I wasn't expecting. From that moment on, I knew I would be in good hands, and the care I received from the team was exceptional. I am a retired nurse and know the difference between good and bad care and can only say the care I received was outstanding. I would readily recommend Witham to anyone needing care in whatever form.

Having the kind and helpful carers from Witham Community Care assist my parents on a daily basis has taken an enormous weight off my mind knowing they're in safe hands when I cannot visit them every day. It has given them a new lease of life allowing them to remain independent in their own home and they very much enjoy the friendly carers' company. The directors have a wealth of experience in the care industry and a great work ethic working closely with their staff which makes them a professional and outstanding company to deal with. We cannot recommend them highly enough.

We were very happy with all the carers provided by Witham Community Care. Each of them was kind, considerate and knowledgeable. The Directors were very helpful and readily available for advice. As a family, we couldn’t be happier with the care provided by Witham Community Care. Our parents want to live independently but need some extra help and with all of their children living a distance away, the help that Witham offers allows them to stay in their own home. All the staff are kind, friendly and very efficient in everything they do whilst being sensitive to our parents accepting their changing circumstances. The communication is excellent and the daily updates on the App are very reassuring. I would highly recommend Witham Community Care to other families.

We finally managed to convince our parents to employ the services of a care company and once they agreed we needed the service to be excellent to avoid them raising excuses for ending it. Four months later the service from Witham continues to be first rate and me and my two siblings are very happy that we found them.

Witham Community Care has provided outstanding care for my neighbour whom I'm Next of Kin and have Power of Attorney. I was immediately impressed with the excellent communication by the staff and management. The assessment process was thorough and done safely with the client's needs at the centre of care. The carers allocated were professional, compassionate and consistent, as were the managers who covered sickness/leave. Being a healthcare professional myself I am happy to recommend to family and friends for their outstanding service in all areas. Well done.

We instructed Witham Community Care after our Mum had a spell in hospital and needed more care at home, particularly with regard to her complex medication. They have been attending twice a day, at breakfast and lunchtime, which has helped both Mum and the family immensely. They help with whatever Mum isn't able to do, administer her tablets, chat with her and have taken her out for trips in the car. The ladies have given us peace of mind that Mum is cared for when we are working, they are always on time and communication is great - we receive regular emails, notes are carefully written in a folder and they have taken charge of organising her medication which has been a massive relief for us. We highly recommend them to anyone that is looking for a gold-standard care service.

I only wish we had had the Witham Community Care girls looking after Mum a long time ago, They are so kind and caring and more importantly reliable and always on time. She really loved seeing them. They are very professional and have a wealth of knowledge and guidance of what's needed to make their clients comfortable and secure. They are happy to do anything that makes the family's lives easier in difficult and emotional times. They even went and collected Mum from the hospital after an overnight stay when it was difficult to leave work at short notice. Suffice to say, I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for home care.

I can't recommend Witham Community Care enough. The care, support and services they provide are second to none. Witham Community Care has been looking after my grandad since October last year. He was resistant to help to begin with but with their understanding and client-centred approach the managers made my grandad feel respected and supported and he loves their visits. It is such a relief knowing my grandad is in such safe hands. The communication from them is fantastic and nothing is too much trouble. He loves having them visit every day and they treat him as one of their own. From daily routines, medical support and visits out into the community, they have grown his confidence and enabled him to stay in his own home for longer. We really appreciate everything you both do.
