My mum has had Whitham Community Care for a few months now and I can honestly say that they are such lovely caregivers. My mum is so happy with them, they treat her with respect and nothing is too much trouble for them always helpful and respond to any questions we might have. Would and will recommend them to anyone.

We instructed Witham Community Care after our Mum had a spell in hospital and needed more care at home, particularly with regard to her complex medication. They have been attending twice a day, at breakfast and lunchtime, which has helped both Mum and the family immensely. They help with whatever Mum isn't able to do, administer her tablets, chat with her and have taken her out for trips in the car. The ladies have given us peace of mind that Mum is cared for when we are working, they are always on time and communication is great - we receive regular emails, notes are carefully written in a folder and they have taken charge of organising her medication which has been a massive relief for us. We highly recommend them to anyone that is looking for a gold-standard care service.

I only wish we had had the Witham Community Care girls looking after Mum a long time ago, They are so kind and caring and more importantly reliable and always on time. She really loved seeing them. They are very professional and have a wealth of knowledge and guidance of what's needed to make their clients comfortable and secure. They are happy to do anything that makes the family's lives easier in difficult and emotional times. They even went and collected Mum from the hospital after an overnight stay when it was difficult to leave work at short notice. Suffice to say, I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for home care.

I can't recommend Witham Community Care enough. The care, support and services they provide are second to none. Witham Community Care has been looking after my grandad since October last year. He was resistant to help to begin with but with their understanding and client-centred approach the managers made my grandad feel respected and supported and he loves their visits. It is such a relief knowing my grandad is in such safe hands. The communication from them is fantastic and nothing is too much trouble. He loves having them visit every day and they treat him as one of their own. From daily routines, medical support and visits out into the community, they have grown his confidence and enabled him to stay in his own home for longer. We really appreciate everything you both do. Witham Community Care has been providing care for my Mum, in her own home, since October of last year. From their first visit to her, they have proved to be extremely professional but also down to earth, reliable and they have always demonstrated the utmost respect to my Mum. What I particularly liked and appreciated was the effort made to really find out what sort of character Mum is and what she likes and dislikes were etc. A very person-centred approach. Communication with the managers has always been easy too, due to their approachable and friendly manner and it is such a relief to know that Mum is in safe hands. Mum seems delighted to be visited by either lady and always enjoys their visits. I will be looking to increase her level of support with Witham Community Care as soon as possible and would thoroughly recommend this service!

Witham Community Care Ltd have gone above and beyond to help us as a family. Living far away from our Grandad it's always been hard to ensure he has everything he needs and with no relations close we have had no one to check in on him. The ladies at Witham Care have been more than we could have ever expected. Our Grandad is a stubborn cookie - can be very stuck in his ways and it's been such a relief knowing he is so happy with the level of care the ladies bring to him. It's not just been the care work it's the company too and after Covid, they have bought his confidence back into venturing out of the house to his favourite shops and viewpoints. We really cannot recommend Witham Community Care enough, they have taken a worry off our shoulders knowing every day he is in the best hands.
