An absolutely amazing care provide. Witham community care have helped my mother so much that she has now been fully rehabilitated back into the community. The care, dedication of the managers and team is so professional, courteous and kind.
Their day centre has also been so beneficial for my
mother allowing her to gain her independence again.
I would 100% recommend Witham's and if in the future should we ever need a care provider again I know exactly where to go. Thank you from the kindness of our hearts as a family for all your understanding and help.

Witham Community Care provided an excellent service to my mother at a time when she needed care at home . They were extremely professional, kind and sensitive to my mother's needs both physically and emotionally. The directors of the company took the time to pair my mother with carers to suit her
needs and provided timetables in advance in paper form for my mother, making her feel in control of what was occurring. There was continuity of care throughout which was very important. The client portal, that I was able to access, provided me with some comfort , keeping me in touch with the carers visits, actions and how my mother was feeling.
Overall, I would thoroughly recommend the company to others at a time most needed by many families and individuals.

What can I say Witham Community Carers are amazing. Mum at 93, did not want carers, but being an only child, I needed some back-up. Both Nicole and Laura visited mum and I to chat through what they could offer. They were so caring, and nothing was too much trouble. We set up a plan of visits back in
August. Mum has continuity of carers, Nicola and Louisa being her main ladies and sometimes Kate. Mum knows so much about Nicola and Louisa. It is so lovely to chat with mum about them, in such a short space of time, mum has come round to accepting them and I think deep down she looks forwards to their visits, but of course she doesn't need them and they only come for me her daughter.
For me, it means I can go about my day and not worry that she is ok on a daily basis. They are my extra family that I don't have. THANK YOU. Only today, without hesitation I recommended them to a family friend. Thanks Paula

The carers are always reliable we are very satisfied with the service Waltham supplies. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The cares go above and beyond with any task we ask.

I highly recommend Witham Community Care who have provided Dad with exactly what he needs. Gives my sisters and I peace of mind. Reliable, patient, understanding, Dad enjoys there visits, so does the cat!

Can't fault Witham Community Care , the support the carers give dad each day is above and beyond . A lovely team of kind and friendly ladies who have got to know him well and his cat Mog. Communication is excellent with the daily updates and notes left for us . We are lucky to have found Witham

Witham community care staff are excellent at ensuring my grandparents' needs are kept to the best standard possible. They look forward to seeing their carers as they are always understanding, kind and encouraging in everything they do. The staff have a warm and refreshing attitude and nothing is too

Mum had moved to Bexhill to live close to her son and daughter-in-law and needed daily help owing to her dementia condition.
From the first assessment meeting the directors were absolutely spot on with what mum needed in order to live as normal life as possible. The carers were slowly introduced
and they all slotted in to mums care plan seamlessly and mum very happy to see them, which was a great relief for my wife and I. Mum tells us of the fun she had that included walks along the seafront, coffee and cake in various places and shopping trips.
The directors and carers were very professional and often communicated with us to ensure all was good and provided suggestions of activities. As mums dementia progressed they provided excellent advice and adapted her care plan accordingly and always went the extra mile to ensure she was happy.
We would definitely recommend Witham Community Care to anybody and you will be amazed at how easy it is to set up to assist a loved one.

My elderly mother has been supported by Witham Community Care (WCC) since the beginning of this year, when her health deteriorated. I looked at several local providers at the time, and WCC stood out to me as it provided a more personalised service and family approach. I spoke initially to the
manager and she was open, friendly, professional and had started her career as a carer, then moved up from manager, to owning and running a care home/home service. WCC have always shown a genuine commitment to providing the best service, and getting to know their clients personally. My mother had never had carers in her home, having been very independent before falling ill. It was a big step for her (and me) and WCC helped guide us through what support my mother needed. We were able to meet the carers before committing and Mum has consistent carers who come in. They have also been incredibly flexible when we have needed extra help and more visits for Mum, following hospital discharge.

From my first meeting with Witham Community Care I knew they would be perfect for caring for my Mother.
I find them very easy to talk to and to discuss various problems.
They are quick to answer and communicate.
The cares are interested in the family as a whole and we are all very happy with the
service they give our elderly Mother.

I broke my arm in a fall, they were always there for me in my rehab. they gave me their personal number and said I could call night & day (and I did and they came!)
I felt well supported & safe.
They even visited me with flowers after I stopped seeing them professionally.

Witham Community Care are simply wonderful. From management, to every single amazing carer on our team, who primarily look after Dad, but also support Mum, are extremely professional and caring. Nothing is too much trouble. It's clear that both Dad and Mum really love their carers, and indeed they
have become part of the family. They each have such genuine warmth, kindness and dedication to my parents. They are like a breath of fresh air when they walk into my parents' home, and their positive energy and joyful attitude remain consistent throughout the entire time they are here. We feel blessed to have Witham Community Care, blessed by every single carer; they make Mum and Dad feel treasured, and they in turn, are our treasures.

I would like to thoroughly recommend Witham Community Care for all the support given to myself since having a bad fall. Without their help and encouragement my recovery would not have been as successful as it has been. My carers are kind and support me both physically and mentally, I am feeling more
confident each day. Me and my husband have the same carers visit us and we have built a good rapport with them. Both our carers and the managers are very good, nothing is too much trouble! We feel very well cared for indeed.

Witham Community Care was a lifesaver for me. Shortly before having knee replacement surgery, I was concerned to learn that, unlike others, I have known who have had major joint surgery, I was not going to be offered any ongoing care postoperatively and had to secure this for myself. Having tried
all avenues, and with time running out before my surgery, I managed to secure help with Witham only after I had returned home. I clearly was not in a position to look after my own personal hygiene and had no one else to help me with it. One of the Directors came out and assessed my needs and, at the same time, helped me with much-needed personal care, which I wasn't expecting. From that moment on, I knew I would be in good hands, and the care I received from the team was exceptional. I am a retired nurse and know the difference between good and bad care and can only say the care I received was outstanding. I would readily recommend Witham to anyone needing care in whatever form.

Having the kind and helpful carers from Witham Community Care assist my parents on a daily basis has taken an enormous weight off my mind knowing they're in safe hands when I cannot visit them every day. It has given them a new lease of life allowing them to remain independent in their own home and
they very much enjoy the friendly carers' company. The directors have a wealth of experience in the care industry and a great work ethic working closely with their staff which makes them a professional and outstanding company to deal with. We cannot recommend them highly enough.
