I have nothing but praise for Daffodil Care. The company is well managed and all the care staff - without exception - are highly professional, kind, considerate and caring. They are also highly trustworthy. I have recommended Daffodil Care to several other people and would not hesitate to recommend them in future.
At all times the help from the carers was excellent. They took into consideration the needs of the client but also of her family. Sadly on occasions there was some confusion making it necessary for a phone call to be made to the office and a replacement cover sent later. It was good that towards the end of the clients life the same three carers came (one at 8am, one at 2pm and one at 8pm). This gave the family a feeling of confidence.
They have worked with the nurse to improve my skin problems.
Management staff do not seem to have assisted the care staff well with transport to clients at all times.
The problems I have reported were sorted out.
Overall experience mixed.
I am very happy with the care I received from your carers. My only disappointment is when no one turns up for my daily care call.
