When I first arrived home by Ambulance, I was terribly ill , Honestly the hospital wanted me 2 go 2 hospice , I personally put up a FIGHT !!!!! I WAS NOT going n 2 a hospice 2 DIE !!!!! THE doctor's and hospital was writing me OFF soon 2 DIE, I was determined with being n my body 2 LIVE !!!!! I fought
i WON , I have been slowly recuperating, the original Carer's i had were absolutely awful !!!!!!!!!!! I fired them and hired this Care home Carer's 2 Care for me they have given GREAT CARE and support with understanding, it's been 6months and I have improved with each day, I am Terribly grateful for THIS HELP !!!!!! The manager and his staff provide an excellent and flexible service, are sympathetic to the patient, but also stern enough to ensure things like personal care and exercise are carried out even if the patient can be reluctant. They also go out of their way to support ad hoc day long care requests outside
of normal scheduling. We are both very happy with the care provided.

My mum is being supported by Surrey Downs Homecare. I have been very grateful to how responsive to our needs they have been. They have been very flexible, accommodating and responsive and it has been a great help. The communication has been excellent also. The meals provided have been good quality and
the staff that I have met have been friendly, patient and understanding. They have worked hard to meet my requests, sometimes at short notice. It has been very helpful and eased my stress.

I have recently set this up for my father who needed support to continue living at home. Carers come in twice a day (AM and PM) and they supply meals, do general household work and my dad enjoys their conversation and company. They have facilitated trips out to local cafes which my dad thoroughly enjoys!
Both myself and my dad are very happy with the service that is being provided, carers are always happy and smiling and they really do go above and beyond. I would highly recommend Surrey Downs Homecare to anyone who is looking for that bit of extra help at home. Thank you Surrey Downs!

The carer for my Dad comes to his house every night to help with nighttime duties. He is very respectful, kind and compassionate as well as very capable. Anyone can do a good job but to do it with a smile and patience and care makes such a difference - to both my mum and dad. Thank you.

Following a hospital stay, my mum required additional care at home to get her back on her feet again. She had always dreaded the idea of having “someone in” as she put it but the carer provided by Surrey Downs has been a delight and Mum actively looks forward to her visits. I’m sure that has helped
in her recovery. I would add that the whole process of setting up care has been easy and straightforward, a great relief at what has otherwise been a very stressful time. I would certainly have no hesitation in recommending Surrey Downs to anyone requiring home care.

My husband has been in receipt of home care for the last five months. He is very happy with his carer, who is a very kind, caring young man. When we returned from a recent holiday, the carer was met with a beaming smile from my husband. This from a man who doesn’t smile often! They go out together twice
a week and give me time to do something just for me. This week I had my hair done. I find Surrey Downs Homecare is run very professionally. I have had no problems whatsoever and would happily recommend them.

SD Homecare has now provided three months of care at home for my mother. We have found everyone at SD Homecare to be friendly, efficient and keen to help in any way that they can. They are receptive, listening to what is needed, and quickly reacting to provide a genuinely bespoke service both within
and outside the home. Their flexibility is impressive and greatly appreciated. We particularly value the reliability of the service; the same carer at the same time every morning, which provides continuity and reassurance, and enables the vital building of trust.
