After using a different care provider for my Mom since 2022 I was introduced to Honest Senior Care by my daughter. From the initial meeting to the delivery of care they were very impressive in every way. Always on time, always professional and care was delivered to Mom compassionately and always with a smile. Even though we only have care on an ad hoc basis at the moment, we feel valued as customers. Highly recommended company.

Well run service providing live in or daily help and care. Carers were all competent, friendly, helpful and versatile. Office support staff were always helpful and responsive in providing what was needed. Very professional and pleasant organisation to deal with.

Mum was feeling low and lacking in confidence and self-esteem following three strokes and clearly needed support with daily household tasks, as well as company, following the loss of her husband. The carers at Honest Senior Care have been so kind and caring towards her and have given her back her confidence, and she really looks forward to their visits. They have matched her really well to a main carer, which ensures continuity and that mum has a trusted carer with whom she can chat and do fun things. They know the right things to say when she feels down, make sure she's looking after herself and take her out on trips when she feels like it. They even do her hair and make-up. They genuinely have made a big difference to her quality of life.

I can't recommend these carers enough, as a family we've been so happy with them. They had such warmth and friendliness. Dad loved them going in and chatting with them. Their communication is excellent, they're always on time and the quality of their care is amazing. All the carers who visited my mum built a lovely relationship with her, going well beyond the tasks they needed to do in order to ensure that she felt relaxed and comfortable - even through difficult episodes of personal care. There isn't a weak link in their team, very impressive - they really do care.

From the moment I met each and every Carer who visited Mum in her home I knew Mum would be safe and well cared for. Each were different in their own Caring way but all without exception shared the same values. An overwhelming want to do absolutely anything to make life easier for Mum shone through. Honest Senior Care provided my grandmother care for around 2 years after a fall meaning she wasn't able to do everyday tasks as easily as before. They provided excellent care for her and communicated well to us when there were any issues or concerns. They continued to provide increased care towards end of life and were not just a support to my grandmother but also the family at a difficult time. They were quick to get in extra visits when required and nothing was too much trouble. All the carers were patient and understanding with my grandmother and were happy to take her out in the community when she could. I would recommend them without any hesitation.

Always helpful with any queries . Very reliable . Some terrific colleagues who really "cared" . My father was uncomfortable accepting care , but with a careful approach he trusted most of the carers who looked after him .

I cannot recommend Honest Senior Care highly enough. They showed the utmost care and compassion for my grandma throughout their time working with her. All staff had her best interests at heart and were always available to us if we had concerns or queries. During our most challenging times the team helped to guide us and support us, as well as my grandma to ensure she was always comfortable and treated with respect and dignity. As a team they enabled her to stay at home which was her wish and I can never repay their kindness. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Staff were all good. Slight problem when we started, there was an issue in getting to bed very early, but it got sorted. I was then going to bed at a sensible time, rather than 6:30 PM. By and large, the staff have been very good and caring. No complaints.

Altogether reassuring, careful, understanding, friendly, competant and aware of personal needs and problems.

Honest Senior Care was recommended to us and we had no previous experience of the care sector. At our very first meeting I was put at ease and I was particularly struck by the fact that who my mother was as a person was just as important to them as what she needed. We were particularly grateful that they were able to take mum on at short notice. The service worked seamlessly and every single member of the team who attended my mother was warm, friendly, and professional. We got to recognise them as a limited number were involved and they not only cared for her but gave us support and advice right up to mum's passing, we couldn't have made this journey without them. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others.

We have been using Honest Senior Care to care for my Grandmother since June and I honestly couldn't fault them. From day one, the level of care has been absolutely brilliant. My Grandmother is being very well looked after, and the carers consistently go above and beyond to make sure she is comfortable and supported. She has the same carers each week who now know her well, and they are always punctual and reliable.

I have been receiving support from Honest Senior Care for several months, following a long stay in hospital resulting from significant spinal surgery. In the beginning, I had the same carer visiting in the week and a different one at weekends. I am now managing without weekend care. The consistency of staff (same carer each day in the week) has been tremendously helpful, as I also experience anxiety. The carers have demonstrated a clear understanding of my needs and are doing everything they can to support me to reach my goal of living independently again. A slight concern has been a lack of communication from senior management at times, but any issues have been quickly resolved. Overall, I would have no hesitation in recommending Honest Senior Care.

It's a great comfort to be able to view the carers' written report in HSC's app, to help us keep appraised with the situation as we live some 50 miles away from Mum and we're keen for Mum to continue living in her own home for as long as possible, all thanks to HSC's amazing team and service
