Mum has dementia but her carer had a brilliant rapport with her and they were often laughing. Mum became comfortable with receiving help with personal care Kulera is well-run and has good supportive communication with the family and live in carer around changes in Mum's condition. Would totally recommend Kulera Care.

I contacted Kulera Care in May, in a panic on a Saturday because my parents' carer had an injury and they needed help on the Monday. I had already interviewed one of your carers the day before with a view to having her stand in for my parents' current carer when she was on a break. Kulera Care were kind and reassuring and were amazing at getting everything sorted for the carer to take over on the Monday. They went above and beyond! My parents really got on well with the carer and we were all very pleased with her care for my parents.

I am very happy with the service provided.

The carer is very attentive to my mother's needs from personal care, offering day/night sense of security, making lovely meals and still giving my mother the opportunity to help in the kitchen. Keeping the house very clean and tidy and keeping my mother's mind stimulated with various activities. Overall we are very happy with the care our mother is receiving and cannot fault the communication between all involved including management no matter what time of day or night, they go above and beyond duty of care.

Overall Experience

Thank you for arranging my 24-hour care so quickly. My carer had a sympathetic understanding of my health problems which straight away gave me a feeling of security and confidence. She was quiet, unobtrusive, gentle in her manner and quick to assist my needs. Nothing was too much trouble. She was well-organised, the kitchen was spotless and tidy and she had the initiative to see and do what was needed. She enjoyed being outdoors and nature, playing word games, and having long chats! She has a strong Christian faith and it was good to share thoughts with her. She is a lovely, happy, caring lady. It was a pleasure to have her in my home.

Overall Experience
Having met his carer on a couple of occasions when visiting my 97-year-old father in recent months, I am extremely impressed by her in every way.

I'm not the sort of person who routinely writes glowing reviews, but I have to say that she is highly professional and attends in every way to Dad's needs. She knows how best to handle him in different situations and does so in a friendly, calm and kindly manner. Dad is completely content with the care he's receiving - and, for my part, I have complete confidence that he's receiving the care and attention he needs at his advanced age.
