My father has had Legacy Agency now for over a year and has no complaints whatsoever. He has come to regard all the staff as his friends and is always treated with dignity and respect.

Overall Experience

Still a few teething problems when we get relief staff. Overall good service and care. Can we try to stick to the same carers please if possible?
