I was really lucky to find Safe Hands. The carers struck up a great rapport with my elderly cousin, and although she had reached a point in her life where she found having visitors difficult, she looked forward with enthusiasm to the carers' visits. The whole team is flexible and accommodating and they made my cousin feel special. I thank them from the bottom of my heart for enabling her to stay at home till the end with love and dignity.

I discovered Safe Hands this year when my mum was struggling and I couldn’t manage all her care needs at that time. Once I made contact, everything fell into place, they immediately stepped in and gave her (and me) all the care and support required. Mum has carers regularly from Safe Hands now and she loves them all! They are reliable, flexible and caring, exactly what care at home is all about. Their cheery morning visits set her up for the day and she and our family feel very lucky to be in such friendly and safe hands!

Safe Hands Care looked after both my parents. My parents loved their carers and thought of them as friends rather than carers. After my mum's passing, my dad looked forward to seeing their smiling faces each and every visit. Their kindness and their willingness to help knew no bounds. They went above and beyond in their care for my parents. The attention and care shown by Safe Hands carers was amazing. If I called, they were so helpful, and I don't know what I would have done without their help in caring for my parents. I can't thank them enough. I can't recommend them highly enough - my mum and dad would say the same.

Safe Hands looked after my elderly mum. They did a great job from the start. They take time to really understand the needs and were always reliable and professional. They provide support when things got tough, and the help and advice they provided were second to none. I have no hesitation in recommending the manager and her team; they are all great.
