Great management and care staff, very punctual and nothing is too much trouble. Fantastic service. Management have been very flexible in returning a care package as Dad has been in and out of hospital, cannot fault this.

Mum is well cared for and happy which is most important for us as a family. Each of Mum's carers do the job well, treat Mum as an adult and leave the flat tidy after their visit. There is still a problem with hand over to new carers, the last one was given the incorrect door code and the lady from the office who called me tried to blame my mum and then said she was angry which was untrue, all of us struggle to understand what this lady says most of the time making it even harder for mum at 91. The manager is extremely helpful and goes out of his way to assist with anything. Overall very well done.

Me and my sister have found Starry Care to be a good care company with caring and compassionate staff who are willing to go the extra mile at times, if there are any issues the management fix them effectively and promptly, I would recommend this care company.

The carers all provide a wonderful service, and all come in happy and have a lot of interaction with us. Nothing is ever too much trouble for them, and my mum always looks forward to the visits. They all have a lot of respect towards Mum and always ask her if she is ok and if there is anything else that she needs, and on each visit, they always make sure she is comfortable.

I would wholeheartedly recommend them.
