I am writing this on behalf of my carers. I take 10 tablets a day and they take good care of giving me my tablets at 8:30 am in the morning. The carers give me my tablets on time, I never miss a morning. I take them every day. I never miss a morning without my tablets. The team are friendly people...
I am writing this on behalf of my carers. I take 10 tablets a day and they take good care of giving me my tablets at 8:30 am in the morning. The carers give me my tablets on time, I never miss a morning. I take them every day. I never miss a morning without my tablets. The team are friendly people and easy to talk to. The manager is very good and supportive. I appreciate everything they do for me.

The manager and her team are wonderful and really do a great job of looking after my grandad. She keeps me updated on any issues on the messaging service and has gone out of her way to create a medicine administration record which the pharmacy should have provided (but never did) and return the empty pill packets.
They go above and beyond by thinking of my grandad's needs and comfort. He couldn't remain independent in his home if it wasn't for the manager and her team.
