Liz and her team at Ultimate Homecare have been simply wonderful in not only caring for my elderly mother but also supporting and guiding us as a family through a very difficult and challenging period in our lives.

They made the transition from a rehab nursing home back to my Mother's home, which she never thought she would see again, absolutely seamless. Their kindness and expertise in dealing with very complex problems is exceptional. As a family we cannot recommend them highly enough. They are what care in the home should always be.

Ultimate Homecare have been brilliant from the word go. They made mum feel totally at ease and she picked them over several other providers. They spent time ensuring they understood mums needs, interests and wants. They have been so helpful in hundreds of small ways from bringing mum food, to helping her with health care visits, to helping her 'fix' her tv when she can't get it to work, to talking through issues they've spotted with me, at length on Friday afternoons! Honestly we couldn't have asked for kinder, more supportive and thoughtful care.

What would I have done or do without my wonderful carers! My morning carer who showers me ready for the day and makes me breakfast. I call her her my little ray of sunshine as she is always bright and cheerful and cheers me up on my down days. At lunchtime, we are cooked lovely meals and washing and odd bits of cleaning are done.

My carer came as planned, she was very efficient and friendly. We had a good relationship and were able to talk about living on the same road as my deceased wife and was able to enjoy talking about that. We had lots of time to talk together and I enjoyed her company. I was happy with her attention and she came promptly whenever I called.
