Disgusting company. My dad was left lying on the floor dehydrated and left alone. They phoned an ambulance but left him. A reasonably fit 100 year old man. Following day he was like a baby. Died shortly after in hospital. DO NOT USE THEM. Also didn't turn up a lot. Used feeble excuses.

This company started off with OK service in 2023, but come summer 2025 they were clearly going down the tubes. Shifts were missed and the service became so poor that we were left without care for several weeks as Council couldn't pick up the slack. Sadly , my Mum passed away April 2026, by which time we had secured care elsewhere. I'm absolutely appalled that this shower are still listed here. A disgrace

My wife received home care during the last months of her life, at first twice a day and latterly four times a day. The care consisted of keeping my wife clean and comfortable, feeding her and generally catering to her needs.

I came across DB Quality Care Ltd on a website when I was looking for respite care for my 62-year-old husband, a cancer patient. I had no previous experience of the care sector but chose them because they seemed to have a genuine interest in assisting people of all ages in a variety of situations rather than just the elderly. Initially, they were very responsive to my requests for occasional respite care and later they were able to provide care for a couple of regular slots each week to give me a break from caring. The staff who attended were patient-centred and willing to engage socially with my husband as well as providing the care that he needed. I was able to leave instructions before going out and had confidence that all would be well when I returned. I would like to thank the staff for their kindness and professionalism at all times.

I am very pleased to leave a review for the agency. They have provided me with care since August. I found the agency on care provider and the managing director responded promptly and came to see me and was able to offer care straight away. And they have always honoured their commitment to providing carers, even when my usual carer has been suddenly ill. The carers are of a really good standard and I believe that blessing the manager/director sets a high standard for the carers. I understand they are given in-house training and have an induction period. In the main, this is evident in the carers and their own commitment to a high standard. In these challenging times, it's difficult to get good people and it seems like the agency has a number of good carers who are loyal to them. This shows in how they relate to their clients. My regular carers ( Monday to Friday) are very able, well versed in their role, flexible, willing and good to be around and above all deeply kind.
