Initially, they were very responsive to my requests for occasional respite care and later they were able to provide care for a couple of regular slots each week to give me a break from caring. The staff who attended were patient-centred and willing to engage socially with my husband as well as providing the care that he needed. I was able to leave instructions before going out and had confidence that all would be well when I returned. I would like to thank the staff for their kindness and professionalism at all times.

I understand they are given in-house training and have an induction period. In the main, this is evident in the carers and their own commitment to a high standard. In these challenging times, it's difficult to get good people and it seems like the agency has a number of good carers who are loyal to them. This shows in how they relate to their clients. My regular carers ( Monday to Friday) are very able, well versed in their role, flexible, willing and good to be around and above all deeply kind.
