The service they are providing to my sister is exceptional. One staff member in particular is a credit to the company and will keep me informed and updated regarding my sisters care.
Thank you.
As you can see from ratings this is due to poor time keeping anything from 20 mins to 1 hour late. Very poor communication between manager - client - staff. Staff - client.
Thank you for your feedback. We very much welcome and appreciate customer feedback. We are delighted with your four star review. We will investigate further to determine if we can improve. Thank you again for your time in reviewing C4.
I find it very useful and enjoy time with the carer. I have done baking and had long chats, shopping, and lots of things. I’m looking forward to the summer months so I can do gardening and parties. I think my carer is very nice she’s always helping me with my shopping and we enjoy coffee together too.
Very good and helpful.
Great care for my Mum. We've used C4 Care for her since October 2023, and the carers and admin team are fabulous. They phoned us when Mum was ill and they were concerned, and they've changed the time of visits to suit hospital appts or family commitments.
I am happy with all the support from C4 Care. All carers are good and nice.
Almost always excellent support staff and any issues are dealt with quickly and efficiently by management. Have never ended with no one coming out, reliable and will adjust to my needs where possible. Do think there are some cultural and language barriers which need to be overcome with some (for good of staff and service users) and definitely more real-life mental health training not just ticking boxes on a screen. Generally though, excellent carers thoughtful, accommodating and patient and reasonable support from management, although this was better when previous manager was not on maternity leave and deputy was doing rotas as one member of management especially is alienating both staff and service users.
It has taken me a while to become comfortable having carers coming as I am a very nervous person. The carers have been sensitive to my needs and have done their best to help me feel comfortable. I have three carers who visit and this has helped me to get familiar with them. I really appreciate the support I receive. I would recommend C4 Care to other people needing help.
The care my auntie receives has been fantastic. The carer who supports her has built up a wonderful relationship with her. She trusts her 100%. I’ve definitely noticed a massive improvement in her confidence and social skills. All domestic tasks are completed to the highest standard, and it’s always so lovely to see my auntie being supported to help with the day-to-day chores so that these life skills can continue to be nurtured. Any changes that are made to the rota are communicated to us in a timely manner so we can prepare my auntie for the change in staff. As a family, we are extremely happy with the care that is being provided.
The service is great. The staff are supportive and helpful. The staff often have to deal with very challenging situations due to the young adult they support. However, they communicate really well and are always positive. One particular staff member goes above and beyond everytime, to encourage and teach really important life skills to our young adult. And through this support the whole family have benefitted tremendously.
The support I get from my two regular support workers is excellent, they are always there for me and the communication from the whole company is amazing from C4 Care, which is really important to me. I have had care for 20 years, but C4 Care is the best care provider I have ever had.
I feel my review was important and the information was extremely relevant to the support I will have going forward. I hope the information will give me a chance to improve the progress I have made.
Hi Imelda, thank you so much for your valuable feedback. We really appreciate the time you've taken to share your experience with us. Thank you.
