We have benefited from the excellent support of the worker who is willing to engage in the activities chosen, such as bowling, shopping and eating out. Always on time with a positive attitude. Our daughter enjoys the time out, which helps develop her independent skills.
We contacted Hitesh to arrange for a private carer for a couple of days whilst we were attending a family engagement in Crawley. We travelled from Preston Lancashire which was a very long journey. My father has had Parkinsons Disease for over 23 years and has limited mobility. The carer who was assigned to my Dad was Joseph. He was was proffessional, attentive, knowledgeable, and patient with my dad. He took the time to listen to what my dad's needs were and worked very well with him. He went above and beyond to make my Dad feel comfortable and was on time each day. I would highly recommend Joseph and the company.
Care about the person that they're caring about and supporting the wider family.
Following the client's interests and understanding their needs.
