Jayne Easterbrook joined Care First 24 in January 2024 as our Development Director.
Jayne brings many qualities to her new role, alongside her vast experience in the health and social care sector, as well as in learning and development. Jayne has lots of valuable experience and started off her career as a support worker for learning disabilities.
She then trained as a general nurse and worked in health and social care - both hands-on and in learning development.

My marketing role involves updating our website news page and keeping up to date, writing blogs, brochures, and quarterly newsletters. My overall objective is to raise the Care First 24 profile through brand awareness and posting on all our social channels, including Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter. The design of all our branding materials, such as company brochures, newsletters, good story promotions, candidate features, etc. To build our reputation through trust and expertise and building awareness on charitable support campaigns. Assisting with care home award entries and enabling success through strong submissions. Welcoming all new staff members with ‘Welcome to the Team Packs’ and ensuring all staff, clients, and service users receive cards and gifts on special occasions, such as birthdays, etc.
Provides leadership, ensuring service users are at the heart of our care delivery, acknowledging their wishes and preferences to enhance their well being.
Holly’s role is out of hours and clinical support. She brings many qualities to the role and thrives from working under pressure. Holly enjoys meeting the patients and families and being able to support them at a time when it is most needed. She quickly realised that she wanted to undertake a nursing apprenticeship.
Holly has had excellent access to training opportunities at Care First 24, such as; tracheotomy, peg feeding, nutrition and fluid, train the trainer in dementia. This has helped her develop further in her nursing training.

• What is your background and experience
I qualified as a Nurse in 2004 and have worked in various positions in different settings including Hospitals, Nursing Homes, Private Companies (Fresenius Kabi) and in Homecare. My most recent experience has been working in Complex Adult Homecare since 2018 under Lynn’s leadership hence why I was happy to take on this new role as Clinical Lead at Care First 24.

I am passionate about my job and I like to ensure the care delivered to clients is individualised, safe, effective and dignified. I am empathetic, have good communication skills and work well as part of a team as well as independently.

I’m an experienced, enthusiastic professional who is always willing to learn; I also like to lead by example and model positive practice.
• What are your hobbies what do you enjoy doing most in your spare time?
Spending time with family and friends, Travelling and listening to various podcasts.
Many years sales experience face to face and via telephone speaking with clients and providing products for their requirements.

I ensure that the frontline care professionals with the most appropriate and beneficial skillsets are found in order to aid us with the various packages of care that we take responsibility for.
We make sure that these are the best possible individuals for the roles, as this allows us to ensure that care is delivered on time, in a manner that respects the dignity of those receiving our care service, and in accordance with the requirements and desires of our service users.
This role includes confirming skillsets as required, forward planning to ensure future packages will be completed to a high standard, clear & consistent communication with both staff and service users to ensure a harmonious process, and completing interviews to ensure that a threshold for quality is met as needed.

Leila Williams is our Registered Manager for Wales. She has 15 years of experience in the healthcare sector, working with startups for the NHS and Private Providers to deliver a tech-enabled staffing and workforce solution. Her background spans driving revenue growth, managing key accounts, and leading recruitment teams.
I am very passionate about building strong relationships, be that with clients, candidates or families. I believe I'm a strong communicator who's very compassionate and values-driven, I'm strategic and organised, and I have a deep understanding of the healthcare system.
I did my BSc Paediatric nursing training at Oxford Brookes University and joined the Oxford Health NHS trust as a children's community nurse after qualifying. I then joined the same trust as a complex care nurse and have remained and loved working in complex care since 2016, both in the NHS and private sector. Alongside working in paediatric complex care, I have also worked as a part-time school nurse in an independent boarding school in Oxford for 5 years and worked bank shifts at the Children's Hospital in my local trust as well. In 2022, I qualified with a Master of Science in Public Health, and I continue to serve my community in the Paediatric complex care sector.
