I would like to that thank Confident Home Care and all of the staff and carers, they have been wonderful. The communication has been excellent, it's very easy to talk to someone in the office. All of the carers have been very helpful, compassionate and professional. They are always well presented and very keen to do all that they can. They are relaible and turn up when the are scheduled to do so. The office were always very helpful, for example they were able to change the scheduled times that the carers made house visits to best suit my father's needs. We are very grateful for all of the help and care that we have received from Confident Home Care during a challenging time with my father's health. Thank you very much.

Excellent service from both admin and carers! The carers are very professional and well trained, they leave nothing undone and communicate with my mum all the time, very attentive, caring, kind and supportive. When the time came when we needed help with care for our dear friend I am so pleased that we chose Confident Home Care. Sadly he passed away in June this year, but over the last year of his life the support he received from them was wonderful. He was treated with respect and dignity, and he looked forward to seeing his carers each day. The staff and management were very supportive to my husband and myself. The are always on top of medication that should be given and flag any items running low.

The people on the end of the phone we're always very nice and kept InTouch on a regular basis.
Even after my Aunt was taken into hospital,they kept InTouch to see how she was.
Probably, the only thing I would mark them down with is there cooking skills.

After my dad was released from the hospital, he received his last days care from Confident Home Care.We were really pleased with the care,respect and dignity that the visiting staff has given us.The management is always approachable for any concerns we may have.They went out of their way to get my dad all the stuff he needed.Thank you for everything you did.

My mum was sent home on an end of life care package and was allocated carers from Confident Care. The service from this care company was first class from the minute she arrived home. From the efficiency of the management to the care provided for mum by the carers, I couldn't fault them. My mum was so impressed with the level of personal care, she felt well and truly clean which was very important to her and she built a good relationship with every carer. They went above and beyond to sort any medication issues, they phoned me on a regular basis with any updates. Sadly my mum only needed them for a week as she eventually needed 24 hour care and had to go in a home. She has now passed away but I know she would have no hesitation in recommending Confident Care.

Currently my 88 year old father is having Confident Home Care carers coming in 4 times a day to meet his needs. Every single member of this team, including managers are so caring and supportive. Nothing is too much trouble, I feel I can contact the manager, if i need to, at any time. One member of the team came to help me with my dad within 15 minutes, on his day off!! The communication is outstanding. I would 100% recommend if anyone is struggling to cope with caring for their elderly parents. 5 Stars.

We currently have carers who come twice a day to care for my mother in law. I have to say from day one they have been amazing. Gracie is treated with upmost care and respect. The manager and the rest of the team have been so helpful and ensure we are updated with information. They liaise with the medical care team when necessary. I have been using Confident Home Care to visit my sister for over a year. I find they are always on time and are very friendly. My sister who is mentally handicapped and is very wary of strangers looks forward to the carers coming twice a day and is very trusting of them as am I. We have a good communication on behalf of both parties if either of us have any queries. I look forward to them caring for my sister for the future. Many thanks to all.
